INDOORS:

Super roomy and totally cozy at the same time. Wind down in a completely private master bedroom with a queen sized bed and plenty of extra storage. The main living area has a dinette that converts to a twin bed as well as two bunk beds in the rear. Star will sleep 5 comfortably and 6 if 2 wanna cozy up on the dinette bed. Please note, the bunks are easy to climb into for children but a little tougher for large adults.

FEATURES:

The Star Stream is completely equipped with every modern convenience imaginable like a fully equipped kitchen, TV, indoor sound system, shower, toilet, furnace, camping chairs, lights, flatscreen tv, BBQ, s'mores goodies heater, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely eco-friendly?!



OFF-GRID:

Star is very well equipped yes extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.







Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.



Please note:

This is a glamping RV trailer—not a house. You may need to wait a few minutes for hot water or central air to kick in, and use a lighter to ignite the oven. We’ve made everything as user-friendly as possible, and we’re just a call or text away if you need help!

🔥 Amenities & Details

Fire Pit:

Firewood is available for purchase onsite. Fires are not allowed when winds exceed 5 MPH. Never leave a fire unattended.



BBQ:

Charcoal for sale onsite. BBQ utensils provided.



Pets (Dogs Only):

We’re dog-friendly! Up to 4 dogs per stay allowed with prior approval. We’ll send you pet rules to review. A $75 pet fee per dog applies.



Enclosed Fence:

The campground is fenced, but dogs or wildlife may still slip through—keep an eye on your pups!



Family Friendly:

No infants allowed. Children 2 years and up must be included in the guest count. RVs are not child-proof (steps, no outlet covers, etc.).



No Outdoor Music:

Sound travels far in the desert. No amplified music outdoors at any time. Low-volume phone/computer music is okay outdoors. Indoors, music is fine with doors closed.



Good Neighbor Policy:

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please avoid outdoor noise or lighting that could disturb the community. Repeated violations may result in cancellation without refund.



WiFi:

We offer the fastest WiFi available (15 Mbps), but speeds may vary due to location, weather, or neighborhood usage.



Wildlife:

Expect to see quail, coyotes, rabbits, albino lizards, snakes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Respect their habitat!



Photoshoots/Videos:

Planning a shoot for commercial use? Please get prior approval. Licensing and usage fees apply. Personal social media content is totally fine!



No Smoking:

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking must be done at least 15 ft from doors. Don’t leave cigarette butts outside—$250 fine applies.



Cleaning:

Our team follows CDC & WHO guidelines to sanitize thoroughly before each arrival. We’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out.



Hot Water:

May not be available during freezing winter months due to frozen pipes.



TVs:

DVD player only—no cable or TV channels.



Cell Coverage:

Service is spotty—use this chance to unplug and enjoy nature. Plan ahead if needed!

By booking, you agree to all House Rules listed below. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and/or loss of deposit.

Check-in Form & Agreement:

Guests must complete a form with our rental terms and submit photo ID matching the credit card on file. Some guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement.

No Extra Guests:

Only listed guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors at any time. Some RVs have a $50/night fee per guest over 4 (included in your booking if applicable).



No Early Check-in / Late Check-out:



Check-in: 4 PM – 9 PM



Check-out: by 10 AM

We can’t make exceptions due to cleaning protocols.



Dogs Must Be Pre-approved:

Max 4 dogs per stay. Approval + fee required. Unapproved pets may result in cancellation.



No Smoking / Candles:

Outdoors only, 15+ ft from any doors. $250 fine for violations.



Quiet Hours:

No outdoor noise or disruptions from 10 PM to 8 AM.



Doors Closed at All Times:

To prevent desert wildlife (mice, snakes, coyotes) from entering.



Photoshoots:

Commercial use requires approval and a licensing fee. Unauthorized use will be pursued legally.



No Events:

No weddings, parties, or group gatherings without prior written approval.



Vendor Access:

Property staff may access the space for maintenance, trash, or repairs.



No Glitter/Confetti:

Remove decorations before checkout. No glitter or confetti allowed.



Children Policy:

No infants allowed. Children 2+ must be included in guest count. Units are not childproof.



Shared Space:

Respect your fellow Glampers and the peaceful desert vibe.



Clean Up After Yourself:

$500 fee for excessive mess.



WiFi Use:

No illegal or abusive use. Speeds vary based on weather and location.



24/7 Contact Requirement:

You must respond to code enforcement calls within 30 mins. Missed calls may lead to a $1,000 fine (county-issued, guest is responsible).



Rescheduling:

Handled under our cancellation policy. Less than 15 days? You’ll need to cancel and rebook.



Security Cameras:

Monitors driveway and property corners only—no cameras inside or in private outdoor spaces.



Parking:

Max 1 car per 2 guests. Park only in designated areas.



Damages:

Report anything broken. Unreported damage will result in a $100/item fee + replacement costs.



Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend it for coverage on unexpected changes or events.
