The Lele, Joshua Tree

The Lele House, Joshua Tree is a special resort-style vacation retreat and newly build in Feb 2023. The house sits on the mountain side with great mountain view,. It perfectly satisfy families and friends gathering with your own privacy. 

The property is a modern desert retreat, situated in a peaceful and quite neighborhood while maintaining the feeling of cool isolation whether indoor or outdoor. The decor is modern style yet very comfortable. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are all a short 15-minute drive away. 

The property features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area, it has 2 master bedrooms with two full bathrooms. You and your family/friends can enjoy the pools and nature with high privacy. Keep your vehicle out of the heat in the two-car garage. Our indoors has modern Nest cooling system which always keeps the house comfortable in all seasons.

The entire property has 2 bedrooms. The maximum capacity is 4.

—Parking
There is two-car garage for your parking, as well as spaces in front of the garage. 

—Oven
Please make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring. 

—Smart TV
We have a smart TV in the house, please connect it with your account.

—Air Conditioning 
We provide central air conditioning in the house which has smart control and easy to operate.

— Optional Services
Jacuzzi heating: $60 /day
Pool heating: Please message us for detailed information

—Jacuzzi 
Please shower before use.  Please notice us if you need Spa heating at least one day before your arrival.
Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety. 

—Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool.. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.

*Please note that the pool service is every Tuesday or Friday.

—Spectrum Wifi
Spectrum Wifi is the best internet service company in the desert. However, please be kindly noted that the coverage sometime might not stable because desert is a very remote area.

—Cell Coverage
The service availability and quality in the high desert varies, we are not able to guarantee the coverage out here.

—Pets
We love pets, however, considering the allergies among some of the guests, we have $60 special cleaning fee for pets. You are required to disclose before booking. 

—Parties or Events or Extra Guest
Parties or events are not allowed in all short-term rental according to the Code in San Bernardino County. Additionally, we designed house environment for total 4 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house after 9pm. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $300/person for the extra guest and only one extra guest can be considered for special case. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors. We will reserve the right of termination of your reservation without refund if any violations in terms of parties, events or unapproved extra guest.

—Reservation change Policy:
In order to provide the best service to all our guests and smooth process of requests, all date changes have to be made at least 30 days prior to check-in date. Each reservation only allows one change request. All change requests are for the same property only. Switching priorities is not allowed. We thank you for your understanding and support.

—Noise
According to the STR code of San Bernardino County, each host must install Noise Monitor. Please always keep voice or music volume down especially while staying on the patio or pool area. The voice can go very far in the desert, we will reserve the right of termination of your reservation without refund if any complain from our neighbors.

—Wildlife
The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice and bugs, it might not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals, flies and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants and spiders out there. So just friendly reminder that we are in the wild environment and we are always more than happy to have a creature safely located if you find it to be threat.

—Dishes
Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. We will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay.

—Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests (contact information attached above in the emergency contact section). 

No party allow and over maximum guests. ( fines 2000$)
No late check out allowed unless pre approved . ( fines 15mins late 200$ ,1hr late full day charge )

No any smoking inside house allowed ( fines 1000$)

Quite hrs 10:00pm -7:00am ( fines 500$ if any complaints from neighbors and county )

No pets allowed on bed , furniture in pool ,spa ,pee or left any stains and leave alone in the house . ( any damage will be Claimed ) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.

No trash left outside on the property , all trash should be in trash bags please , windy will be blow all over .

Lock all the doors and windows when AC OR HEATING is on .

Any moved furniture please put back when check out .

PLUMBING:
Do not put any feminine products, birth control methods, dental floss, baby wipes, paper towels, or anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.( Any clogged fines 500$)

GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.
No balloon and water ballon allowed in the pool .

ALWAYS SHOWER OR BATHE BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE HOT TUB! Body oil, makeup, hair products, etc. clog filters!

Please leave the house a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.
