Get ready to escape the chaos of the city and relax at our stylish Desert Oasis in Joshua Tree! Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath house is the ultimate escape for up to 7 guests. Whether you're chilling on our beautiful patio or soaking in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, you'll feel like you're on top of the world! And if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of some of the local wildlife. Just don't try to bring them inside, they're not as friendly as we are. From coyotes to jackrabbits, the desert is full of fascinating creatures that you can observe from a safe distance.


But the real star of the show is the night sky. You might even catch a glimpse of the Milky Way or a shooting star. It's the perfect way to make your desert getaway even more magical! And speaking of magic, our hot tub under the stars is the ultimate spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, we provide a telescope for stargazing enthusiasts. Feel free to set it up on the patio and gaze at the stars, planets, and galaxies visible in the clear desert sky. It's a unique opportunity to witness the beauty of the universe like never before.


When you're ready to venture out, we're just a short 10-minute drive from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. And if you're feeling lazy, downtown Joshua Tree is only 5 minutes away. There you can find all sorts of funky shops and delicious restaurants, as well as some interesting locals who are always up for a good time.


So pack your bags, bring your sense of humor, and get ready to make some memories at our totally rad Joshua Tree pad!

Our stylish four-bedroom, two-bathroom home can accommodate up to 7 guests, but we think the perfect group size is 6 - trust us, it's not just because it's a lucky number! Our home's versatile design is perfect for groups of friends, couples, or families. Plus, you can take a 3D walkthrough of our groovy pad by scanning the QR code in the pictures!


When it comes to dining options, we've got you covered. You can try out the delicious local restaurants or cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen. The essential utensils and BBQ in the patio will make sure you don't have to compromise on your meals. Plus, our indoor and outdoor dining areas will give you plenty of space to enjoy your meals in style.


But let's be real, the outdoor space is the real star of the show. Step into our pergola-covered patio to lounge on the hanging basket chairs or soak up the sun on the hammock. The views of Joshua Trees and Friendly Hills will take your breath away! Plus, when the sun sets, turn on the bistro lights and heat lamp for a perfect outdoor dining experience under the stars. And to really up the relaxation factor, unwind in the hot tub while gazing at the stars above.


We want you to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, but we understand the need to stay connected. Our home is equipped with gigabit speed internet and a WiFi 6 mesh router system, but let's be honest, your speeds may vary based on your device's age and compatibility.


And if you need to clean your clothes, no worries - we've got a full-size washer and dryer with a starter supply of detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinets above.


Just a quick heads up, our home is located in the middle of the desert, so expect to see some wildlife of all sizes! While we're sure you'll want to invite them in for a drink and a chat, it's best to keep the doors closed to avoid any unexpected guests. So come on down, relax, and enjoy all that our desert oasis has to offer!

During your stay, you'll have full privacy to explore our stylish home, but please be aware that the yard is unfenced and you may see some local wildlife. Just don't forget to close the doors behind you to avoid any surprise visitors!

Please note that the garage is used for storage purposes and isn't accessible from inside the home. However, our long driveway provides plenty of space for multiple vehicles. For added security, we have a Ring camera above the garage door to keep an eye on your vehicle while parked on the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home, so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.

The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels.




We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)

- Load the dishwasher and start it

- Empty the trash & recycle

- Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked

- Scan QR code by front door to notify our cleaners of your departure



House rules:

We take great pride in being good neighbors and request the same from our guests and their companions. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition and we maintain our promise to be good neighbors, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the rules below:


Parties/Events: Parties or events are not permitted for any reason. This property is equipped with a Ring security camera above the garage, as well as noise sensors. If we are alerted to any unauthorized incident, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.


Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.


Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free home, including the patio area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, is allowed.


Unauthorized Guests: We welcome all our guests with open arms! We understand that family and/or friends may visit during the stay at our home. However, we kindly request that you let us know in advance if any guests not on the reservation are staying overnight. We welcome visitors, but additional overnight guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests may be charged an additional fee per person per night and/or may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.


Shoe: We are a shoe-free home. All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides or slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean stains, so a $50 fee will be charged for any carpet or rug stains left in the home.



Safety: We do not condone any unsafe activities on the premises. Any unsafe activities may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. These activities include, but are not limited to:

• Jumping from / over any railing

• Jumping from elevated surfaces

• Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface

• No Firearms

• No drug use, including marijuana

• No alcohol consumption by guests under 21

• No fireworks/hazardous materials

• No thefts




If you or your companions violate the above rules, below are sample penalties:

- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
- Smoking in the home: $350
- Late check-out past 10am without approval: $75
- Surpassing guest count on reservation: $50 per guest
- Additional cleaning due to undue filthiness: $250
