Nestled along Route 62, just 8 miles west of Joshua Tree, Desert Drifter RV Resort features cozy accommodations, including sleek Airstreams and thoughtfully designed RV spaces. Each site is equipped for comfort, with panoramic desert views and easy access to nearby attractions. Our Airstreams, reminiscent of retro classics like the Airflyte Shasta, provide a boutique camping experience, complete with stylish interiors, modern kitchenettes, and plush seating areas.

Explore nearby highlights like Joshua Tree National Park, the Spaghetti Western Snakebite Roadhouse, and local gems like the Frontier Café and Tiny Pony. Guests have exclusive access to the 2019 Airstream Sport 22’, complete with a full-size bed, convertible dinette, kitchenette, and private bathroom. You’ll also enjoy shared resort amenities, including the pool, clubhouse with arcade games and ping pong, fire pit, and picnic areas under tall pine trees. Two resort showers are available for use if needed. The property is walkable to local dining and attractions such as Snakebite Roadhouse and La Caguama with plenty of space to relax and soak in the desert charm. The pool is heated from March through October. You can use the resort amenities before your check in time and after your check out.

We value your privacy and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. The campground host, Jan, lives on site and is at your service for any need you may have. Shawn is the owner and is on site during the weekends.

There is 1 dedicated parking space for the trailer and there is ample public parking in the rear of the park.

• The Airstream includes a private toilet and shower.
• Broadband 1 gigabit Wi-Fi is available for streaming and staying connected.
• Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the airstream in space 2.
• The resort’s quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Enjoy your own picnic table shaded by tall pine trees.
• There is a communal firepit by the clubhouse as well as a BBQ.

* No smoking or vaping inside the Airstream. Fees apply if violated.
* Pets: Allowed. Must be approved in advance and supervised at all times.
* Use systems responsibly. No flushing anything other than toilet paper. Report issues immediately.
* No open flames or candles. Follow all fire restrictions.
* Cleanliness: Excessive mess or damage may result in extra fees.
* Parking: Use designated parking only.
* Illegal activity results in immediate removal without refund.
* Check-out: 11AM. Late departures may be charged.
* Liability: Guests assume responsibility for personal safety and belongings.
