The Space:

Terrazas P23 is crafted to balance luxury and comfort. With two master suites and a bunk-bed room perfect for kids or a nanny, it’s an ideal setup for families or small groups. The gourmet kitchen invites home-cooked meals, while the private terrace features a grill and sink bar, perfect for outdoor dining. From nearly every corner, guests enjoy treetop panoramas, lush golf greens, and glimpses of the distant ocean. The unit is equipped with A/C, WiFi, satellite TV, and daily housekeeping. Two on-site pools connected by a 160-meter canal round out the stay.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Terrazas P23, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a daily resort fee, applicable throughout the duration of your stay.



Key benefits include access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each located along beautiful beachfront settings and offering full restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as the Tennis and Fitness Centers and over four miles of scenic trails, perfect for walking or jogging throughout Punta Mita.

Getting Around:

We recommend booking private transportation from the airport for a smooth and comfortable arrival. Once inside Punta Mita, getting around by golf cart is the easiest and most enjoyable way to discover its beaches, restaurants, and clubs.

A $1,000 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
