We lovingly call our place Soleico, a nod to the ever-present sun and the sea that make this place so special. Soleilico is a welcoming retreat that will make you wish your vacation never ends.

Once you walk through our doors, we will take care of all of the little details, so you can make the most out of your vacation in our spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat. Our unit is located on the top floor of building 11 with views of the ocean.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast prepared by Soleilico’s chef and housekeeper, Mina. Sit on our sunlit patio and watch the whales play in the Bay of Banderas. Walk down to Hacienda de Mita’s private beach and enjoy the surf. Take our golf cart to yoga at Kupuri Beach Club or to sip on a cocktail at the famed Pacifico Beach Club. Or let our dedicated concierge arrange a day trip to Sayulita or a snorkeling adventure at the Marietas Islands. No matter how you choose to spend your day, when you come home, the place will be tidy, your bed will be made and in no time, you’ll feel your stress melt away and be replaced with the joys of paradise.

Our 3,600 square foot condo is located within the gates of Punta Mita Resort, a world-renowned luxury travel destination known for its stunning views, two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, six exceptional beach clubs (St. Regis, Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufito, Hacienda de Mita and El Surf Club), 10-court tennis center, and expansive fitness center. Our unit comes with a premier golf club membership, which gives you access to all of the beach clubs, gym and golf courses for a fee. Punta Mita recently implemented a new $67 beach club access fee for adults (13+) and $40 for children ages 5-12. If you wish to access the beach clubs, we will determine the ages of your guests and send you a separate access fee charge after booking. Gym and golf fees are paid at time of use.

If you want to leave the gates of the resort and explore the local village of Punta de Mita, you are just a few minutes’ walk away from the best restaurants and shops in downtown. In fact, Hacienda de Mita is the only development that gives guests direct walking access to the town through a secured gate.

If you prefer to stay in, you can relax in style. Soleilico features high-beamed ceilings, marble floors, furnishings crafted by local artisans and stunning Mexican artwork. Enjoy sea and mountain views from the building’s private pool during the day and come back down at night to lay on the lounge chairs and look up at the star-filled sky.

All of Soleilico’s bedrooms feature top-of-the-line linens, comfortable mattresses and down feather pillows. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, spectacular views of the ocean and a smart TV. The second suite has a private patio overlooking the Pacifico Golf Course, queen-size bed and jetted tub. The third bedroom features two twin-beds, a smart TV and large window with views of the village and the stunning Sierra Madre Mountains. The fourth bedroom (known to us as the bunk room) has a built-in bunk bed with two twin-sized mattresses – a perfect room for children. The condo comfortably sleeps eight people, the maximum number of guests allowed at Hacienda de Mita.

The bathrooms come fully stocked with organic, locally-made body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, lighted makeup mirrors and hairdryers (for those days you don’t want to rock beach waves).

You’ll never run out of places to eat during your stay. There are so many five-star dining options in Punta Mita and the neighboring village. Some of our favorites include Tuna Blanca and De Mita. However, our condo also comes with a fully stocked kitchen in case you’d like to prepare your own meals. And if you do not want to cook yourself, we can arrange to have Mina or another gourmet chef come in to cook for you.

-During your stay you will have use of Soleilico’s 6 passenger EZGO golf cart, so you can travel around the resort and village with ease

-Our lovely concierge, Andrea, will make sure you and your guest have a memorable vacation. She is fluent in English and Spanish and can help take care of every detail of your strip. She will help coordinate transportation to and from the airport, car rentals, dinner reservations, planning whale watching trips, sport fishing, horseback riding, surf lessons, sea kayaking, snorkeling and more, grocery shopping, babysitting and anything else you may need. She also is available to answer any questions you may have about the condo or Punta Mita resort.

-24-hour gated security with guards on duty at all hours

-Mina, our chef and housekeeper, will make breakfast each morning and lunch by request. You simply pay for the cost of the groceries to make the meals – we cover the rest. Our concierge will coordinate meal requests before your trip, to ensure you get to eat exactly what you want while you stay at our condo.

-Daily housekeeping services (cleaning the condo following strict sanitizing protocols, making beds, doing laundry, taking out the trash and ensuring everything is in order for your stay)

-Two dedicated, covered parking spots adjacent to our building to use during your stay. One space is for the complimentary golf cart, the other is perfect if you decide to rent a car.

-Access to building 11’s private swimming pool, we are one of just eight units that has access to this pool. Guests may also use the private pool and jetted hot tub at Hacienda de Mita’s private beach club, located just a few buildings away.

-Four smart TVs located in the living room, main bedroom, double guest room and the bunk room. Each TV is connected to a ROKU internet streaming device that provides easy access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
