The Space:
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Master suites (one with 1 king bed, one with 2 queen beds), 1 small room with bunk-bed (perfect for kids with AC), 3 full baths and 1 powder room; A/C, WIFI, Satellite TV, Terraces with outdoor dining and siting areas, 2 onsite pools connected by a 160-meter-long swimming canal, cleaning Service is also provided during your stay. The 2nd Master has a bathtub as well, great for kids.

The Neighborhood:
Las Terrazas is a boutique 27-unit complex that sits on the 14th fairway of Signature Jack Nicklaus Pacífico Golf Course with views towards the Bay, Pacific and Golf Courses. We are a short walk or golf cart ride from the Residents, St. Regis, and Kupuri Beach Clubs, Tennis and Golf Club.

Getting Around:
We recommend either renting a car at the airport if you plan to travel outside of Punta Mita or just arrange for an airport transfer to Punta Mita. Once in Punta Mita we recommend you rent a golf cart, we can arrange that for you as well. Lots of restaurants and activities can be reached via golf cart. Our property manager will contact you after booking to help you arrange all these details. Other things to note: Punta Mita is a private gated community.
