Important – Resort Fee (Effective January 6)
A resort fee is required for Punta Mita amenity access cards and is not included in the rental rate. The charge is per person for stays of up to one month:
Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge | Total: USD $66.70
Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge | Total: USD $40.02
Children under 5: No charge

The payment link for this fee will be provided when we issue the amenity cards, approximately one month before arrival. The resort fee must be paid online by credit card before your arrival in order to release the access cards. Without this payment, the resort will not grant entry to the facilities.
