General House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors (including e-cigarettes).

No parties, events, or unregistered guests at any time.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Do not tamper with or disable WiFi equipment or security cameras.

Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community at all times.


Quiet Hours & Community Courtesy

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No loud music, outdoor gatherings, or disruptive behavior during these hours.


Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.


During Your Stay

Clean up spills and food promptly to avoid pests.

Enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas only (please avoid bedrooms).

Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as they occur.

Please do not move furniture or décor, or take indoor furniture outside.

Handle all furnishings, electronics, and remotes with care.

Lost or damaged remotes will incur a replacement fee.

Only toilet paper may be flushed—please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.


Sleeping & Safety

No children under 8 years old on the top bunk.

Children must be supervised at all times.


Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Outdoor Amenities

Hot tub hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Please shower before using the hot tub (no lotions or oils).

Always replace the hot tub cover and turn jets off when not in use.

Children must be supervised near the hot tub and fire pit.

Never leave the fire pit or grill unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished after use.


Pet Policy (Dogs Only)

Pets must be declared and approved prior to arrival.

Limit 2 dogs, under 50 lbs each.

Pet fee: $50 per dog.

Dogs must remain off furniture and bedding.

Dogs may not be left alone for extended periods.

Leashes are required outdoors per community regulations.

Please clean up after your pet.


Parking

Park only in designated areas (driveway or marked spaces).

Do not block neighbors’ driveways or sidewalks.


Before You Leave

Place used towels in the washer.

Load and start the dishwasher.

Place all trash and recycling in the outdoor cans.

Double-check for personal belongings.

Turn off lights and lock all doors and windows.


Long-Term Stays

Stays of 30 days or more require:

A background check

A lease agreement

A security deposit
