Experience the magic of five Colorado mountain towns right inside your cozy retreat. Each of our themed bedrooms is like a portal to the vibrant spirit of Aspen, Telluride, Estes Park, Golden, and Palisade.

Bedroom 1: Aspen Themed Bedroom will make you feel as though you entered a ski oasis. With a brand new KING memory foam mattress + large en-suite bathroom w/ dual vanity, shower, walk-in closet

Bedroom 2: Estes Park Themed Bedroom will make you feel as you are about to enter Rocky Mountain National Park with a comfortable QUEEN BED.

Bedroom 3: Golden Themed Bedroom will bring brightness and sunshine to your day with a cozy QUEEN BED.

Bedroom 4: Palisade Themed Bedroom will make you feel as though you’re wandering through the vineyards with a brand new QUEEN BED.

Bedroom 5: Telluride themed Bedroom will make you feel as though you’re in “Colorado’s Switzerland” with 2 TWIN BEDS.

Additional Sleeping Space: Red Rocks Themed Room will bring you to the iconic ampitheater for a fun retreat with a SLEEPER SOFA BED (sleeps 2).

Other things to note
-No parties.
-No additional guests to sleep on the premises without prior permission.
-Any visitors must leave property no later than midnight.
-Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
-Smoking prohibited indoors. Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or -marijuana use indoors will be imposed for violations.
-2 Pets maximum with prior approval and pet fee.
-There is an exterior ring camera (audio and video) at the front entrance of our -home that must remain on 24/7 for safety purposes.
-All guests must shower prior to entering the hot tub. NO GLASS in the hot tub. Any excessive hot tub cleaning will incur an additional fee.

To maintain the property's upkeep, a member of our team may visit once a week for trash collection, lawn service, and restocking. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay.

No additional pets on the property unless explicitly agreed upon. Must pick up any and all animal waste in the front and backyard prior to your departure. Subject to additional cleaning charges for left behind dog waste.
