Knotty Pine has long been a beloved destination. Under new ownership, this cabin has been thoughtfully elevated! We’ve preserved the rustic charm while adding fresh paint, modern decor, upgraded linens, and new amenities to ensure your stay is stylish and comfortable. Come experience the newly refreshed Knotty Pine!

(Please Note: As much as we absolutely love pets, they are strictly not allowed at the cabin. We appreciate you keeping your furry friends at home!)

The Property

Nestled in the rolling hills of Logan, Ohio, Knotty Pine is a spacious 3BR cabin offering the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Step inside to soaring wood ceilings and a massive open-concept Great Room—the heart of the home for gathering and recounting the day's adventures.

Outdoor and Indoor Living

Pet Policy: STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED under any circumstances due to severe allergies and local wildlife.

Private Hot Tub: Soak under the stars on our secluded back deck.

Fire Pit & Premium Grilling Station: Gather for s'mores and stargazing, and enjoy cookouts on our brand new charcoal Komodo grill (perfect for grilling or smoking!), complete with a custom granite-countertop prep table.

Game Area: High-stakes Foosball and a Nintendo Switch for all ages.

Movie Nights: Sink into the oversized sectional and enjoy the brand new 70-inch Roku Smart TV.

Classic Porch: Enjoy morning coffee in our traditional rocking chairs.

We’re Todd and Jessica, and we’re so glad you’re considering a stay at Knotty Pine! Originally from Elida, Ohio, we fell in love with the magic of Hocking Hills years ago. We bought this cabin to build lasting memories with our own family. Because we use and enjoy the home ourselves, we’ve elevated it to a level of comfort and care that we would expect for our own loved ones. We chose this specific neighborhood on Barker Road because it offers the perfect balance. It is tucked away in the quiet, rolling hills for that true getaway feel, yet it’s incredibly accessible. We can be at a local restaurant in downtown Logan within minutes, but once back at the cabin, it feels like we have the woods all to ourselves. For us, the heart of any getaway is spending time with family and friends around a dinner table, sharing food and building community. We believe those relationships are what make life worth enjoying. We became hosts to share this special space where others can escape the daily grind, relax, and create their own lifelong memories. Our goal is to provide a seamless, elevated experience so you can focus on reconnecting!

The scene here is peaceful and quintessential Hocking Hills. You'll see plenty of wildlife, mature trees, and that beautiful morning mist in the valleys. What we enjoy most is the quiet—there’s something special about sitting on the porch with no sound but the birds and the wind through the pines.
