Thank you for the 4-star review! We are so glad you enjoyed the clean space and that beautiful beach view and access during your stay. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, and knowing that the location and cleanliness met your expectations is wonderful to hear. We hope the proximity to the shore made for a relaxing and memorable trip. It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for another beachfront getaway in the future!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a relaxing week and that you were able to fully enjoy everything our beautiful location has to offer. There is truly nothing better than being just steps away from the sand, watching incredible sunsets, and spending your days shelling along the shore or swimming in the warm, clear water. We are also so glad that the screened-in porch provided the perfect, cozy retreat for an afternoon nap or a good book during those rainy afternoons. Our local ecosystem is truly special, and we are delighted that you got to experience so much of the incredible wildlife, from the manatees, dolphins, pelicans, and osprey right on the beach, to your kayaking adventures down in Tarpon Bay and exploring the wildlife refuge! It was a true pleasure hosting you for your getaway, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another peaceful island escape soon!

Thank you so much for your review. We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We are so glad to hear that the 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout worked perfectly for your group of 5 adults and 2 children—it is always a win when everyone can enjoy their own private space. It sounds like you really made the most of the location! We love the suggestion of renting a golf cart; it truly is the best way to zip around to the local coffee shops and restaurants. We are also happy you enjoyed the privacy of the beach and the quiet atmosphere of the complex. Please accept our apologies that the pool temperature was a bit chilly during your stay. We know how important pool time is for the kids (and adults!), and we will certainly have our maintenance team look into the heater settings to ensure it’s as comfortable as possible for future guests. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome your family back for another stay soon!

Thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation! We are delighted to hear that the space worked well for your group of 10 and that you enjoyed the lanai and close proximity to the beach. We're absolutely thrilled to hear you had such an amazing time at our house! It sounds like you truly embraced the peace and quiet of the location, and we're so glad you enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities. We agree, our beach really does feel like a private island, and we're delighted you got to experience that. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the pool. We understand how frustrating it is when something isn't as expected, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention and your understanding of the situation. We're always striving to improve, and your feedback is invaluable. We hope to welcome you back again for another peaceful getaway soon!

Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure hosting you and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Thank you for your review. We disclosed in the listing about work being done in and around the property. We certainly don't want guests arriving thinking things are 100% when that is not the case. While there is construction occurring, the property is just fine, pool available and beach is beautiful. We appreciate the guest support as we all rebuild. The roof is all dried in and just waiting for the new shingles. There wasn't an electrical fire, but a switch in the bedroom was broken off by a guest and caused it to short. We had an electrician there within 30 minutes and then 15 minutes later it was fixed. Again, we appreciate the support and it is so disheartening when we try to get back on our feet and disclose everything ahead of time, yet still face a negative review.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the beach, pool, and accommodations to your liking. Our sincerest apologies about the water heater issue. We understand how inconvenient it was to lose hot water, especially after a day at the beach. Please know that we have a dedicated maintenance team who address any problems as quickly as possible, and while these things are sometimes unavoidable, we're glad they were able to resolve the issue the following morning. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at Beach House 29. We're delighted to hear that you found the home beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, and that you enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the lovely front porch view. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the significant issues you experienced with the pool access and the disruptive work being performed during your stay. We understand that the pool was a key factor in your decision to book Beach House 29, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding its condition and availability. It is unacceptable that the pool was not fully ready upon your arrival and that its closure was handled so poorly by the workers. We also deeply regret any disturbance caused by the maintenance work, especially the use of power tools on your deck while your grandson was napping. This is certainly not the peaceful and relaxing experience we want for our guests. You are absolutely right that clear and timely communication about property status is paramount, especially given the ongoing rebuilding efforts on the Islands. We understand your frustration and disappointment.
