Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Golf. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Höhle, die als drittes Schlafzimmer geschlossen werden kann. Das Sundial T201 liegt am Middle Gulf Drive und befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Unsere Ferienwohnung-Eigentumswohnung bietet Blick auf den Golf von der Terrasse auf die Veranda, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit. Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, während das Gäste-Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten bietet. Das Gäste-WC befindet sich in der Nähe des Schlafzimmers und am Flur. Die Höhle verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und schließt für die Privatsphäre. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer und die Möbel sind neu aus der Florida Leather Gallery. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und Badetüchern ausgestattet, die sich alle in der privaten Cabana auf der unteren Ebene befinden und über die Wendeltreppe von der Veranda aus erreichbar sind. Kostenloses WLAN in der Unterkunft verfügbar.

Pros: the apartment is beautiful and spacious. Recently remodeled. The area was empty we almost had the beach to our self and it was very convenient to be near the resort. It was very convenient to have the beach equipment ready when we arrived. Cons: the apartment floor was extremely dirty. Our feet turned instantly black if we walked around barefoot. The rental company did respond promptly and sent a cleaning crew but it’s definitely not something you should want to worry about and we spent the rest of the trip wondering what else was dirty. The apartment only has one parking spot, that is not advertised. But there is plenty of space for cars to park and I feel like we could’ve brought a second car but the rental company made it seem like that was impossible. Overall, we might stay again if the upkeep of the apartment improves.

We understand that seeing fewer available pools than expected can be disappointing. We do include a disclaimer in the listing description and house rules that specifies that only one of the community pools is currently operational due to ongoing maintenance and management decisions by the Homeowners Association, which is unfortunately outside of our control as property managers. We aim to keep all our guests fully informed before booking, but we clearly missed the mark here, and we apologize for that. Sundial 201 is a beautiful, well-stocked and well-maintained condo, with lots of room. The reserved parking space is right beside the stairs and close to two elevators, and the condo was just a few steps away on the second floor. The downstairs patio was convenient for storing beach gear, and the beach cart rolled right out onto the pathway to a fantastic beach for shelling and relaxing. The property location is close to the Sanibel bridge, making it easy to get across to Fort Myers, and also close to the main road across Sanibel and over to Captiva.

Sanibel Spring break

The unit was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The condo pool was not open yet but for a small fee we were able to enjoy the resort pool. We all had a wonderful time.

The condo is great. The furniture and beds are comfortable and I easily found the linens for the pull-out couch. The check-in process was easy and owners were communicative. My only drawback is the pool being under construction, which was in fine print of the listing. They were actively working on it, so ideally this would not be a factor longterm. We did have to purchase 50/day per person passes to the main Sundial pool in order to use one, a cost we did not anticipate.

Love Sanibel Island

The condo was spacious and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Sanibel. Nice distance for a walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Would be interested in leasing or buying this condo in the future. Great stay !!!!!!!!!

Great condo

Great location, clean and spacious condo. check in easy and convenient. Only criticism is master bed not super comfortable, and counter stools would be nice. Would return to this condo!

Except for the problem with the air conditioning which was solved before we went to bed, we were very happy with the apt and our stay.

Up to Date Condo

Excellent, up to date condo with lots of living space. As Sanibel condos go, the interior of this is as new as you are going to find. Plenty of space to spread out. Modern touches. This unit must have been gutted and redone recently. Nice changes made throughout. Bathroom areas. very functional. Would rent again!

Not what we signed up for or paid for

We paid a very high price for this condo only to learn days before our arrival that none of the pools were open. We had to pay 105/day for all of us to use the only working pool on the property. In addition, when we asked for a restock of basic amenities (toilet paper and trash bags), we were told to purchase our own. We were also told that we couldn’t turn the AC above a certain temperature. We booked via VRBO thinking we would be renting from a private owner, but it was in fact a management company (Dream Vacations). We love Sundial and will go back, but will not be renting through Dream Vacations ever again. A dream vacation it was not!

Regarding the restocking of basic amenities, we provide a starter supply of items like toilet paper and trash bags, and this is also outlined in the information provided to guests. For longer stays, guests are typically responsible for purchasing additional supplies. We also have a policy regarding the minimum AC temperature setting to ensure the efficient operation of the units. This is communicated to guests to prevent damage to the system. Finally, we want to clarify that while you booked through VRBO, our property is professionally managed by Dream Vacations. This is also stated in our listing to ensure transparency. Extremely clean and well-maintained- but still perfect for kids!

My family of five (with 3 kids under 7) had an amazing stay here! The property was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed (a blender, plastic dishes for kids to use, coffee maker, pool noodles, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc.). The whole complex was beautifully maintained and this unit was really nicely updated and felt bright and spacious. There was enough furniture to be very comfortable but not too much extra decor for kids to get into/potentially damage. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the extra sink in the master bath area. My only tiny complaint would be that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and I would’ve loved a memory foam topper. But that’s a personal preference and overall such a small part of our experience here. I wouldn’t change another thing! The pool is just outside and the beautiful white sand beach is a very short walk from the condo down a boardwalk. The condo was also equipped with board games and puzzles for the family. The only thing we really needed to bring were the life jackets our kids wore. We were also happily surprised that the complex was generally quiet and there were lots of families with kids so nothing loud at night. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sundial and this particular unit to anyone coming to the island!!
