The property was clean and had a very nice layout. The balcony was huge and offered a great place to relax and view the beach. If you like aviation, you get a lot of flybys that are fun to watch. Things were as advertised and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great . The only thing that could be updated would be the king size bed. It’s hard and uncomfortable .Also, only one side of the bed had a lamp which was annoying at times.

Unfortunately, the lamp had been damaged by a previous guest and was awaiting replacement. I wish I had known during your stay, as I would have gladly purchased and installed a new lamp immediately. I make every effort to be available to my guests throughout their stay by providing multiple ways to reach me, including through VRBO, email, and text. My goal is always to address any concerns as quickly as possible so they don't impact your vacation. Mattress comfort is very personal, and while many guests enjoy the bed, I understand that comfort preferences can vary. Thank you again for your feedback. Everything was clean except the couch bed, I don’t think it’s been pulled out in a while. We didn’t use it but would have if it had been clean. The view was great! Everything else was great. One thing I do wish was that the resort chair/umbrella could be set up closer to the shoreline.

BEST CONDO EVER!!!Dawn's condo at Long Beach Resort will always be my number #1 choice going forward...hands down! Dawn has renovated her condo and it is absolutely beautiful inside and outside on the balcony. The beachview is awesome and along with the resort's pool and poolside restaurant and bar you really have no reason to leave the gated community!Price/Value Outstanding!Super Clean!Dawn checked on us to make sure everything was as advertised...it was!Five Star!!!

My two children and I recently stayed at this condo, and we had an amazing experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the included beach chair service was such a great bonus. Beach access is incredibly convenient, and having multiple pools to choose from made our stay even better.Dawn was a wonderful host—very responsive, thoughtful, and it’s obvious she takes great pride in keeping the condo comfortable and well cared for. One of my favorite parts of the trip was waking up early, making a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was so peaceful and easily one of the highlights of the vacation for me. One tip for future guests: if you plan to cook, be sure to bring basic pantry items and condiments like olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and any sauces or seasonings you may want. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and cookware—you’ll just want to bring those little extras. A roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, as well as dish soap are included with the unit. We made so many wonderful memories here, and I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The construction was a little inconvenient but not terrible. The condo met our expectations. The decor was a little “busy” for our taste but then our time spent there was mostly just to sleep! We will definitely come back!

Our stay was awesome! Loved the condo, was clean and good location. Owner told us ahead of time about the construction and other than a long walk to the beach the construction was not a problem for us the entire time. Even when they cut off the water, they were done much sooner than they said they would be. We would stay there again!
