The view from the balcony was stunning. However the workers were on scaffolding on the next row over. Which was a bummer. Also a few days they were grinding stucco or metal, awful noise. The condo could use a good cleaning it looks like maybe nicotine streak through the paint in bathroom. Also, the bathroom rugs are completely warn out, need replaced Couch could use cleaning and throw pillows. There are 2 dishtowels. Could use a couple more. Also it was nice to have washer and dryer, but it would have been nice if there had been a couple of tide pods. The dinning table is very wobbling. The condo is laid out perfect, and the hosts were great. There were a few roaches. Also a couple more trash bags would have been nice. I also think it could use fresh paint which wouldn't cost alot. I would rent it again, its the view!!!

The unit was clean and very well maintained!! We enjoyed our stay. The views were wonderful and property was quite and peaceful! The lagoon pool was great even though half of it was closed due to renovation from the fire. We would definitely stay here for many years to come!!

Balcony views and ocean blues

Our recent beach vacation was really nice, a perfect escape from the everyday. Coffee on the balcony, with the vast ocean stretching out before us, was an unforgettable start to each day. The resort's prime location, right on the beach, made for going and coming to the beach effortless. Also the umbrella with 2 lounge chairs was great to have. Returning to a room with nice, cool AC after a day in the hot sun was so nice, and the large two-person shower was a luxurious touch that we absolutely loved. This trip truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay from 5/17-5/24. The condo was beautiful, updated, clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The condo is on the 13th floor so you can see for miles. I also loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony, it really makes a difference especially when you spend a lot of time there. Parking was easy and the elevator was very fast. The pool was beautiful, complete with a bar that served food. Even the restrooms off the pool were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasing but not over the top.

Enjoyed our stay in PCB but disappointed in lack of beach cleanup. The seaweed should have been picked up daily but we had it the last 4 days of our stay. The smell was horrible. Room was clean and decorated nicely but lacked some conveniences such as hooks, towel bars, USB ports and decent frying pans. We were generally happy with our condo tho. It just could have used a little loving touch. Patio door frame could be cleaned and maintained to allow the doors to slide easier.

Immaculate Condo in an excellent location

This is my second time to Long beach, and it did not disappoint. There was a couple things with the room that could be better like more hooks for clothes-towels in bathroom, better fry pan and not soo soft bed. but waking up to floor to ceiling glass looking at ocean. 10 am check out is rough for second shifter like me but we did it!

BEWARE! Worst beach vacation ever, of my 60 years! Beach laws not stated and bathroom had bugs! :(

BEWARE! NOWHERE in the rules or in the condo was it stated that alcohol was prohibited on the beach in March. This should have been clearly mentioned. We were given a citation and could have faced jail time over a single beer while sitting on the beach after an 8-hour drive! When I talked to the condo mgmt, the woman told me it was "common knowledge" for March. I was ready to go home. After speaking to her for 30 minutes, nothing was resolved. We’re facing 1,000 fees and attorney fees due to their lack of communication. The court date is in 3 weeks.Communication is key. I fully blame this condo’s mgmt, as none of this would have happened if they had stated, "No alcoholic beverages allowed on the beach during March."I researched “Should a condo inform you of special rules pertaining to the beach laws?”Answer: Yes, a condo should absolutely inform guests of any special rules pertaining to beach laws, especially if they differ from general expectations. This includes rules about alcohol consumption, noise regulations, or other local ordinances that might affect your stay. Clear communication of these rules should be provided either in the booking process, within the condo itself (e.g., posted in the unit or on the property), or in the rules provided upon check-in. This helps ensure guests are aware and can avoid any unpleasant surprises or legal issues during their stay.

Panama City beach beauty

Definitely one of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed at and the view of the beautiful clear water beach off the balcony was breath taking. It was a perfect couples retreat that I even proposed to my girlfriend on the balcony with that amazing view. Definitely our new favorite place to go to and we will definitely be back.

We love the privacy and view from this unit. Mornings and late evenings on the huge balcony and easy access to the beach for walks. The elevators have been upgraded so there was never much of a wait. We will definitely be back!
