The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and gorgeous views. We were greeted by three deer in the front yard and bunnies in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra sheets and blankets. Pleased to find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all of the bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and hot — lots of towels. The kids had fun with the ping pong table and pool table. I would love to stay here again.

Overall, it is a great place to stay! Very comfortable and served our needs. The view is unbeatable!And everyone voted to go back there in the future.There was a photo with a grill on the deck but no grill in amenities. The previous time we stayed there, we enjoyed having a grill. It’s clean but doesn’t smell clean…there’s an odor especially downstairs. Could use a few basic things for cooking in kitchen. But overall a wonderful place to enjoy the Oregon Coast!

Great place to stay on a stunning beach with almost no one around! Panoramic views in each direction. Neskowin town just down the road with a cute place to eat and get ice cream and coffee. Dune and Pacific Beach nearby. Great spot to get to multiple hikes and Tillamook. This house is great for families where the kids have multiple places to hang out. There are a few items to be desired such as some chairs to sit and enjoy the view down by the hot tub and few items broken. A little bit dated but overall a good stay!

Kitchen was well stocked. Views were amazing! The hot tub was clean and a wonderful addition. Our messages to host were promptly answered. Definitely recommend. Kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table, and the nice TV screen.

Great long weekend! View is perfect. When the sun goes down the pool table is a perfect place to show the kids a thing or two. Hot tub view can’t be beat. The trail a couple houses down has great beach access and the cave around the corner is very cool. We left skim boards at home given the temps but the water between tides would have been perfect.

The view from the home is stunning. We saw eagles soaring, seals playing in the ocean. Was perfect for parents needing some relaxation and teens/tweens enjoyment of game options and the jacuzzi.

Second Stay

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we really like it. It has great views of the coast, a nice deck, a hot tub and pool table. The neighborhood is quiet and each time we've visited, we've seen lots of deer and bald eagles nearby. It is anout 16 miles from Lincoln City and 7 miles from Pacific City.

Incredible views!

This property was immaculate, well stocked, and super functional. The beach access was a 2 min drive. Almost no one on the beach the whole time we were there. Sunsets were amazing!

Fabulous views!

Gorgeous views! The place was clean and open with plenty of space. Easy drive down to the beach but wish there was walking access. Great deck and hot tub for even more opportunities to take in the sites. Beds/pillows could be better but listening to the waves crash all night was fabulous! I would stay here again!

Wonderful view!

Absolutely stunning views and the surrounding area is nice to amble through on foot (on gravel roads). The pool table room is fantastic for rainy days. Only negative was the hot tub screen is broken and needs to be replaced.

Beautiful place!!

What a great place to stay. Our teenage boys loved the board games, pool table and hot tub. The view was spectacular, we watched seals from the windows and they even provided pasta for our first night's dinner as well as a pancake breakfast for the morning. We had so much fun staying here, and had many things to do while it rained and rained during our fall trip. We will be back, thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
