Host was accommodating and promptly responsive. Four cars spot. No on street parking. Not an issue for our group. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Added to our favorites list.

Property was clean, well maintained and organized. Very accommodating and fun with all the games and activities. We used the beach access 5 blocks away and it was perfect. There are signs posed around the home that serve as check out reminders, which contradicts with email communication so that could be updated but management was quick to respond and reinforce our check out responsibilities. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was great. The only issue was the keypad didn't work so we had a little bit of trouble getting into the property. I spoke with the host and he said he would fix it but they did not fix it while we were there and there wasn't any more communication. Other than that this is a great place to stay. We especially liked that each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

The house was excellent - everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom which was fantastic! The basement game room was wonderful for kids to play. Well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and plenty of parking for 3 couples. We would 1000% stay again.

We didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and missing bath towels when we checked in. One of the nights with no bedding. More attention to details would be good

We had such a great experience staying at this house! Kitchen and living area along with dining room were open and great for hangouts with family. And bedrooms all with individual bathrooms was such a plus. Beach access was not too far and close to everything you need nearby! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious getaway home!

Had to wait 1 hour past 4 p.m. to enter house because code didn't work on door, and it took 1 hour for somebody to respond. We ended up using the housekeeping keys. I suggest the front lock get fixed.

we've enjoyed the house itself, but advertising this house and beach and water view is false. there's a sliver of ocean out of the laundry room window between the 2 houses in front of it and one upstairs bedroom has a tiny little view with frosted windows on the bottom half. it's hardly what I would call a beach and water view. we have paid less for actual beach front homes in Pacific City. the garage door opener doesn't work which was still inconvenient even though it was disclosed ahead of our arrival. only one bathroom had shower gel soap. all bathrooms were almost out of shampoo and conditioner. the house has served it's purpose for the most part, but we will not stay here or anywhere under this management company again. we don't feel like we received 5k worth of accommodations with the biggest thing being the lack of beach view.

Great stay for larger group or Family.

This house had plenty of bathrooms, games, tv’s, beds! It was just the right choice for our girl’s trip away but eoukd be perfect for a multi family, with mixed ages too!

The place was great, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, just down the road from beach. 3 issues- hot tub was merky and low on water. We added water, bought a clarifier and it cleared it up. There is not a outside spry area to clean the sand from items or yourself. The couch is modular pieces and was not connected to each other, there was times the couch slid if you sat down a certain way.

Our go to coastal rental

We have stayed at this property several times and each time it is amazing. The suites are great and it works for multiple families and groups of people. We will continue going here yearly for our get togethers.

Perfect space for large family

We stayed her with our large family and it was for perfect for everyone. We all had something to keep us entertained. Games, the beach is SUPER close and the hot tub to relax.

Was never able to access the property. Owner gave a bad code, then could not be contacted. Spent an hour over the phone with VRBO, they could not contact the owner either. We left to get reservations at a nearby hotel and didn’t hear back from owner until the next day. Good luck to whomever tries to rent.
