Wunderschöne GULF VIEW Einheit in Tops'l Beach und Tennis Resort !! Das Tops'l Summit 610 ist ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im Summit-Gebäude mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und das Tops'l Preserve. Der Strand ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt.

Tops'l ist ein wunderschön angelegtes Paradiesresort, das das ganze Jahr über beliebt ist, mit privater Bewachung, mehreren Resortrestaurants, zahlreichen Sandtennisplätzen und einem kostenlosen Shuttleservice im gesamten Resort. Gäste des Summit haben einen eigenen Pool, einen Grillbereich im Freien und organisierte Familienaktivitäten. Baytowne mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Unterhaltungsangeboten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Feuerwerken im Sommer liegt gegenüber dem Highway.

Das Summit 610 ist ein Apartment im 6. Stock mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Golf und das Naturschutzgebiet. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen Smart-TV mit DVD-Player, Kabel-TV und kostenfreies WLAN. Die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 6 Personen, ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Bett und ein Twin-Over-Twin-Etagenbett im Gästezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Vollbad. Beautiful and comfortable beach retreat

My family makes the trip to Destin yearly and this was by far the nicest place we’ve rented through VRBO. The unit was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and provided every convenience. Tops’l is a well maintained resort as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun family stay at the beach!

This condo was perfectly suited for our family! It was beautiful, easily accessible, and well maintained. They even provided a beach wagon filled with sand toys, chairs, a cooler, and umbrella!

This unit was a comfortable place to relax. Great view. Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Only suggestion: replace light bulbs that have burned out in the lamps.

Great holiday visit

Property was even better in person. The updated kitchen and living room was beautiful and there were nice touches throughout - candles, throws, etc. Having the bunk beds in the guest room was perfect for a family of 5. Overall great trip and we would go back!

Great Place & Great Views!

We really loved our stay here, the location was great, the views were great! It was a nice walk to the beach! We liked that there were beach chairs & umbrellas we could use. We had a great time only two things that I didn’t like was the kids bunk bed moved/rocked, and the extra bed in the kids room made a lot of noise when sitting on it. Other than that really great place to stay!

Beautiful condo with ocean view

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. It exceeded our expectations. My aunt cried when she saw the view from the bedroom window. White beach, blue ocean as far as you can see.

The unit was well decorated...very comfortable...has amazing views of the gulf...had most everything we needed in the kitchen, baths, etc. to make our stay very enjoyable!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Summit unit 610 is wonderful! The ocean views are breathtaking! The coloring and decor was beachy and subtle … beautiful. The furniture was comfortable and welcoming!! Very spacious and clean. This was our first trip to the Destin area, and we decided we loved the units location in Mirmar Beach! We’d definitely come back!

Relaxing week at the beach

The property was very nice and a short walk to the beautiful beach. We had a small issue with sandy beds the first night but the property management company gladly fixed it as soon as we notified them. There was also sand in the wagon provided for beach use but I think it’s impossible to get rid of all the sand in a wagon that is used at the beach each day. So, we just set it outside the apartment when we arrived and swept up the sand around it. Not a big deal at all. The apartment had a beautiful view and I enjoyed having coffee in the balcony each morning before the start of the day! The beach And pool were very crowded and there was no social distancing being practiced. We tried our best to do it on our own. If you rent beach chairs, be prepared to be packed in with the rest of the people renting chairs etc. overall, it was a great week at the beach!

Perfect condo for our family

Our family can’t wait to go back to Miramar Beach and we plan to stay in this same unit. It was extremely clean and had obviously been recently updated. The island in the kitchen was perfect for our family of 5 to eat meals at. The view was great. We were able to see dolphins swimming in the morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach wagon with beach toys and supplies was a nice bonus and made our trips to the beach easier. Our kids loved the kids activities at the pool near the beach each day. The made tie die t-shirts, shark tooth necklaces and my daughter did a mermaid swimming lesson where they put in mermaid tails and swam in the pool with a mermaid. The bar at that pool was pricey but great to enjoy a cocktail after time at the beach. The pool at The Summit building was warm and relatively quiet. Honestly the only negative I can say was that the Blue Dolphin beach rentals took up most of the waterfront beach space with their rental chairs which seemed unfair to those with their own chairs and supplies. That being said we were able to find a great spot on the beach everyday. The unit is only a few minute drive from Baytowne Warf and other great areas. We definitely plan to return to this unit in the future.
