Costa Vista No.5, "Sea Turtle Watch" is our charming family townhome villa across the Street from the Beach. Sea Views and Location is perfect for Fun in the Sand. Across the street, within walking distance for fun in the sun rentals, or local companies can drop off for yon. For example: Golf Carts, Mo-peds, jet skis, Kayaks, and schedule Deep Sea Fishing excursions in the Destin's Little Fishing village.



The Space:

Pompano Joe's beach restaurant and bar are within steps from our little retreat with sand volleyball and other fun beach activities! Beach bar Downstairs serves appetizers and drinks while you watch sunset or wait for your table \ dinner reservations!



We Include 2 Adult Beach Bikes for your entire stay which is $70 savings (weekly) plus tax for you! This home has our Special Touch - Carpet and Travertine porcelain tile in living areas so you are cozy and keep the sugar sand on the bottom levels of your own townhome! Location is between Destin and Sandestin, FL...in Miramar Beach. New King Size Serta Pillowtop Bed in the Master with a private bath (ensuite), separate balcony, and dining/living area have the Best of Your Unobstructed Water views. Faster Wireless internet/ Wi-Fi Secured was added for more devices! The guest room has a slight Ocean view, with sunlight reflecting enough to sparkle in your room. Sparkling community pool for you during the summer season! Community lounge pool chairs for you to enjoy and our master deck has also has table & chairs for appetizers, drink, or dinner also outside the living room balcony! You must see our local designer decorating to understand why our return rate is so high! New stainless steel kitchen appliances, and more additions to make your stay comfortable. Flat screens throughout the home! We are located very central and the ultimate location between Destin, Golf and Tennis/ Racquet Resorts. Miramar Beach is located between Destin and Sandestin, Fl. 'Sea Turtle Watch' is our lovely townhome villa across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico / body of water. Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, and very curious which makes your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning enjoy coffee outside your bedroom on the private balcony, while you might get a glimpse of the boats passing through or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean! Sunsets are a treat!



Private Balconies off the living room and the master bedroom include serene unobstructed sights of the emerald, turquoise water. You can relax with a good book, morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying your Gulf Breeze time from each east Deck/balcony. Across the street, you have access to walk and jog on the beach road or Surfside, watch beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, or just lounge on your private deck at your leisure. You will hear the sound of the ocean water splashing against the shore while dining outside or relaxing on the 2 covered porches. Breathe in the ocean air, soak up the sun's rays, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion, go for a fun parasailing trip, numerous rental excursion options are close by. After your beach day - lounge around the pool with your own beverages for a 'Fun and Adventure filled'' Beach vacation.



Enjoy our area for oceans' salt air for restful sleep, sleeping in, or napping/siestas after your day at the Beach! And catch up with friends and family on the outside seating area with Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can gaze out onto the shimmering water, (full moons are mesmerizing) while sitting in bed or waking up with your sunrise coffee and breakfast. The other bedroom has an exquisite pillow top Sealy Posturepedic queen size bed, 250- 300 thread count queen bed and bathroom adjacent in the hallway. Both bedrooms have Gulf views, Faster Wi-Fi Internet secured, DVD/CD players with extra connections for the kids' games. Freshly updated with crystal chandelier, light fixtures, professionally decorated colors of calming blue and neutrals. Full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1, 1 twin rollaway sleep teen or sofa bed for young adults, along with baby gates are provided. Costa Vista is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach townhome has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There are 2 twin rollaway if needed for the kiddos to sleep. and a full size blows up mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2 - 7 people. We are Kid friendly for 2 families. We provide a convertible crib for infants, or small toddler to sleep in the pack & play provided! Pet-Friendly with an extra charge for keeping our home immaculately clean. Please pardon our progress, new air conditioner, new paint, new furniture. After Fall '24 more to come!

Guest Access:

courtyard accesses front door entry near outside shower. street side door is locked storage. However, Entire townhome is yours! Parking is limited before arrival due to cleaning, inspections, and maintenance access. Please understand we want the home in peak condition for your relaxation. But mostly, Enjoy your stay!

Parking for 2 large cars or 3 small cars. Additional parking if offered offsite for a fee and about 5 minutes away. You will need to pick up and drop off since we are not a hotel with valet service.



Check in is 4pm central time zone and cannot be adjusted during peak spring or summer season. Maybe Fall, but not guaranteed - you may call in advance and have approved via text. Front door Code will be texted the day prior or day ( the latest after noon) of arrival.



We provide 2 adult beach bikes if you don't want to drive...also, the beach and beach sidewalk is a great way to explore on foot! You can rent golf carts, go karts, or more bikes can be rented with a larger group needing more than the 2 bikes (code locks required and provided)!



Other Things to Note:

Check out our concierge book for coupons, locals secrets, etc! Two adult bikes (and baby carrier in guest room closet) provided have the code to lock them when outside or your biking excursion is ( code lock) 1105 (address and unit). Be safe and have Fun! We have a convertible crib, pack and play, small amount of kiddie toys, and a booster high chair. Call if you need to rent an infant high chair...we will have it delivered for a small fee.
