Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Great stay! Very close to downtown Gatlinburg (10 min drive) and grocery store (5 min drive) yet felt so secluded. Also very close to the park entrance (20 min). The view from the top deck was worth everything- I spent a ton of time reading on the deck while my kids played or hung out in the game room. The listing is for 14- I would argue that having 14 in that house would not be comfortable. Personally, I would think 10 max. The fold out beds from the couches were not comfortable enough to spend multiple nights on. A few upkeep issues, basic house stuff, which I reported to the manager and was well received. Know that the driveway is very steep before you book! I think a normal sedan would really struggle. Little things would make it more comfortable- extra blankets for example. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, which was amazing. Most communication with the manager team was great- for example, there was no broom, so they were able to have one dropped off the same day I asked about it. I was a little frustrated with some of the communication, like being told at check out to never set the AC to 70 or below. Luckily we didn’t since we were there in spring, but I feel like this should be stated at check in, not out.
