This house is in the exclusive Timberlake Bay gated community with access to the clubhouse and pool! Large open concept living areas, 4 bedrooms (2 King ensuites), 3.5 baths, 3 private decks, hot tub, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with coffee and tea bar. Well-equipped gaming/entertainment room with pool table, air hockey and more! Seven beds, three built-in electric fireplaces, five large flat screen tv's, and an expansive dining room table that seats 12 comfortably! Your vacation home!

A door key code will be provided to you before your arrival.

As a guest of Lakeside Memories, you also have in-season access to the community clubhouse and pool—just a short walk away.

Multiple closets and dressers are available for your use. Please note that some closets are locked for cleaning staff only.

Lakeside Memories is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat offering comfort, convenience, and stunning seasonal lake views. Ample parking is available directly in front of the cabin.

Main Level
Enjoy open-concept living with panoramic seasonal lake views, a cozy glass fireplace, and plenty of seating for gatherings or movie nights. Step onto one of three private decks to relax, grill, soak in the 5-person luxury hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and ample cabinet space, perfect for everything from quick meals to large family dinners. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 12. A laundry area with full-size washer and dryer (starter supplies provided) and a convenient half bath are also located on this level.

Second Level
Two spacious king ensuite bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs and modern bathrooms with marble tile. The primary suite includes a private fireplace and direct access to the second-floor deck. This level also features full-size bunk beds and a furnished deck for relaxing outdoors.

Third Level
The top floor is an entertainment hub with a pool table, air hockey, skee-ball, foosball, board games, TV lounge, mini fridge, microwave, and complimentary popcorn. The fourth bedroom includes two queen beds and a bunk bed, along with a full bathroom and access to the third deck with incredible views.

Outdoor & Community Amenities
In season, guests have easy access to a nearby community pool and clubhouse. Lake water levels vary seasonally due to TVA operations, creating a unique experience with each visit.


All of the main attractions of the area are just a short drive away...

A grocery store and local shops are within 10 minutes, bustling downtown Sevierville is 20 minutes away;
Tanger Outlets, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are within 30 minutes and you can be in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (the most visited National Park in the country) in about 45 minutes!

Certain times of year there may be some traffic congestion, so it is best to allow for a little extra time.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

No parties or events. This is a family-friendly home—please respect neighbors and quiet hours.

Smoking

No smoking inside the home or on decks, including e-cigarettes.

Dispose of smoking materials properly.

Pets

Pets are not allowed without prior approval. Approved pets must be leashed outdoors and never left unattended inside.

Furniture

Please do not move furniture.

Parking

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in designated areas. Do not block driveways.

Outdoor Areas
Lake Access

Douglas Lake water levels are managed by the TVA and vary seasonally, including low or absent water in winter. Levels are beyond our control; please check the TVA website if needed. During normal winters, there will be no water in the lake near the lake house.

Use the lake at your own risk. Shorelines may be slippery or uneven.

No swimming after dark or during unsafe weather.

Hot Tub

Hours: 9:00 AM–11:00 PM | Max 5 people

Shower before use. No glass, oils, lotions, or chemicals.

Children under 12 must be supervised.

No jumping, diving, or roughhousing.

Decks

Use caution on elevated decks.

Do not lean over railings, climb on furniture, or move furniture near edges.

No glass containers.

Fire Pit

Use caution and supervise children.

Leave chairs in the fire pit area.

Burn wood only—no trash.

Ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving.

Grill

The grill has a 60-minute propane safety timer; do not move or bypass it.

Grill tools are in the labeled kitchen drawer.

To Start:

Turn propane tank ON (counterclockwise).

Set timer (up to 60 minutes).

Ignite with the provided lighter; keep lid open while lighting.

Preheat before cooking.

While Grilling:

Never leave unattended.

Keep children and pets away.

When Finished:

Turn burner knobs OFF.

Turn propane tank OFF (clockwise).

Allow grill to cool before covering.

Inside the House
No parties or gatherings of any kind.

Treat the home with care and report any damage promptly.

Keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

Kitchen

Use appliances as intended, clean up after use, and refrigerate leftovers.

Trash

Dispose of trash in designated bins.

Security

Exterior cameras monitor the front porch, driveway, side entrance to deck and fire pit, and grill area of the deck. There are no cameras on the hot tub area.
