Christmas Wonderland! Our family came before Christmas to celebrate together. The entire house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Tons of space, many bedrooms & bathrooms, it is a perfect family getaway home. We walked downtown every day and never worried about traffic and parking. The house has so many luxury features like fireplaces in most bedrooms and towel warmers. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The huge dinning table was fantastic. We already want to come back.

The cabin is amazing. Beautiful kitchen equipped with all of the things you need to cook. Very comfy couch in the living room and additional couches by the dinning area. The house was very clean and cozy. All of the rooms were nice and accommodating, all except bunk room had tvs and fire place. My biggest complaint is that after our 9 hour drive we were excited to get out on the porches and go into the hot tub, but the porches were absolutely filthy. We spent a solid 2 hours cleaning. The furniture was unable to be sat on without getting our clothing dirty. Plus unfortunately some mouse pellets were found under the sink. After some communication someone came to clean out under the sink but we had already cleaned the porches. It’s really a beautiful place, we even saw a bear on the driveway! It was walking distance to the parkway, even if it was steep at times. There was a couple little things that didn’t work. The main light in the ceiling fan in the living room could not be turned off without shutting off the entire fan. The small issues such as a switch not working is not a big deal at all, but getting there and the porch be filthy was a great disappointment. We stayed between June 3rd-7th and it appears as though we were the first to stay for the summer vacation season, the porch looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since Christmas. The grill was not usable until we cleaned it, the furniture had dirt on it, the floors needed sweeper etc. Overall we had an incredible stay and the house accommodated all of our needs, however I’d look for other places with a properly pressure washed and clean outdoor area first. It really disappointed us.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We did have an issue with a sewage odor that would become strong at times. We reported the smell when we first arrived because it was overwhelming. They said that someone would come out and check. The smell was consistent during our entire stay - sometimes it would fade and sometimes it would cause us to leave the home. We could not use the lower bedroom because of the odor. The home is lovely and I would like to stay here again - if they can get the sewage smell eliminated.

Great stay

The house is great, the location to everything is walkable, and Aunt Bugs was very on top of everything. The only thing I would change is the 10am checkout, with all the people and kids we had it was tight and the house was kept clean the whole time. It was a great stay!

Location

We usually stay up in the mountains but this was a shorter trip so the location was great because you’re right in town. In less than 2 minutes you’re at the light to go towards downtown Gatlinburg/ the National Park or go toward Pigeon Forge.

Perfect for a group of car guys!

Property was very nice for a group of 10. Parking is plentiful for many cars, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is huge. The basketball court and hot tub were a great way to end the evenings. Overall I would highly recommend this property. I would book again!

Great location.

Perfect house for a group of 4 couples. Everyone had a comfortable room and private bathroom. The location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to town and avoided the traffic. Everyone loved it.

What a wonderful place to spend Christmas! This home is beautiful and so spacious. Perfect for a large group. Aunt Bug's is great and responds quickly. The decorations were gorgeous. Being able to walk to town was a great feature!
