OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- No Pets
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Bears are dangerous

-Pool is set to 85 degrees. Due to sanitation requirements we cannot increase the temperature. The pool is 4 foot deep, absolutely NO diving. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
