Very spacious villa in a quiet, secure location. Good views of the lake from the pool. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very quick to communicate with us for any questions or assistance we required.

The house was very spacious for our group of 6. Having a private pool was a highlight. Communication was very clear and fast. Close to grocery stores and about a 20-30 min drive to Disney depending on traffic.

Third Stay!As per before we had a great stay here. It’s a great location for heading up to the parks or down in the other direction towards Tampa. Plenty of road choices if I4 is busy. More and more eateries etc moved into the area, which is great. Less than a five min drive to Publix, takeaways and restaurants. Other supermarkets are also an easy drive from the villa. Always really tidy and clean. Communication with Ian and Alison is always perfect.I best start saving to visit again!

Great villa, lovely hosts

We had a great 2 week stay here in July. Lovely, clean, spacious, and well equiped villa, and the hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Great location for Disney, a bit further for Universal etc.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the villa. It was in a great location for food shopping and access to major travel routes. The community had a gated entrance system and was very safe and quiet. There was plenty of space for all of us and we got to enjoy the heated pool as well. The rooms were spacy and comfy and the best part was the host communications. All of our questions were answered within minutes. Thanks for a great villa !!

Great start to vacation!

This property was lovely and the hosts were amazing! My kids absolutely loved the pool. It was close to multiple food options and stores so that was super convenient. My kiddos are already asking when we can go back and stay again.

Great communication with the hosts. They answered any questions immediately and completely. The property was very clean and everything was ready for our arrival. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, TP etc.) to start us off. Beds were comfortable, which in many places I've stayed should not be taken for granted. TV was easy to use and I was impressed that they had instructions in the info packet on how to use the remotes. These will need to be updated since the remote was changed during our stay, but even that was seamless. Since we're there for golf we are gone most of the day we basically only use the house for sleeping, but everything we needed was provided and the whole experience was first rate.

Would definitely visit again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and worked out perfectly for our families. The kids practically lived in the pool all week. We would definitely visit this location again in the future.

This house is perfect for a family. The dual mater suites are an awesome feature and living space is open which allows for everyone to spend time together. For added fun is the enclosed pool which is great for sore muscles after a long day at Disney.

Pleasant, clean property and good location

I'd highly recommend this property. Good location, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Has easy access to main roads and plenty local supermarkets and food. Good value, and recommend booking this if you see it available.

Great location for amusement park goers...

We had a great time staying at this home, equipped with everything we needed for a week of adventures at the local amusement parks. We appreciated having plenty of space to relax after a long day, a pool to use (if we’d had the energy), and plenty of nearby amenities for groceries, fuel and restaurants.

Lovely place

We absolutely loved this place it is so nice, clean, quiet and a good distance to universal, the host was amazing very attentive and responsive in a very timely manner, we enjoyed the pool and just hanging out with our family after a long day at universal! We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it truly felt like a home from home.Ian was fantastic from start to finish. He replied promptly to any questions we had before we travelled and checked in to make sure everything was OK whilst we were there, which was really appreciated.The location worked well for us. Traffic was typically around 45 minutes to an hour to the SeaWorld parks and about 30 minutes to Disney, depending on the time of day.The villa itself was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids absolutely loved the pool.We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this villa and would happily recommend it to others.

Great location, comfortable and relaxing

The villa is in a safe quiet area with amenities close by. Easy access to all Disney parks and shopping areas. Would recommend this for a family stay as it is comfortable and convenient. Ian and Alison were fantastic hosts, and kept in contact during our stay. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from NASA !

Great Home!

This was a great home to stay in during our vacation. The house is comfortable, in a great location, the owners and property managers took care of everything for us. The pool is great to just lounge around in, easily located to get to everything you want to do on your vacation! Thanks!!
