Diese wunderschöne Premium-Villa befindet sich im renommierten Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Davenport, Orlando. Nur ca. 20 Minuten von Disney World Orlando (ca. 10, 7 Meilen entfernt). Die tatsächliche Reisezeit hängt von der Verkehrssituation ab. Das Clubhaus des Resorts erreichen Sie zu Fuß in ca. 3 Minuten. Diese Villa ist der ideale Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub. Zu den Golfplätzen in der Umgebung der Villa gehören der Highlands Reserve Golf Club (ca. 0, 6 Meilen entfernt) und der ChampionsGate Golf Club (ca. 5, 5 Meilen entfernt). Es ist ein geräumiges 4 Schlafzimmer / 3. 5 Badezimmer zu Hause voll klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, sauber, gemütlich und preiswert; Es beinhaltet den Zugang zu kostenlosem WLAN und Internet, kostenlosen Telefonservice in die USA und nach Kanada, Zugang zum Swimmingpool, Lazy River, Wasserrutschen und anderen Einrichtungen des Resorts. Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen. Das Stadthaus erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen und bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge. Die 4 Schlafzimmer bestehen aus einem Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad (im Erdgeschoss), einem King-Size-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad (im Obergeschoss) und zwei Doppelzimmern mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (im Obergeschoss). Diese teilen sich ein Familienbadezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügen über Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Unser Haus bietet eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche. Unser Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügen über einen Plasma-TV und einen DVD-Player. Wir haben auch eine Waschküche, in der Sie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner finden. Unser Haus wird privat von einer lokalen Hausverwaltungsgesellschaft verwaltet und das Resort verfügt über eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Sie werden das Management und das Resortpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit vorfinden, so dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus ein Urlaub voller schöner Erinnerungen wird.

Beim Einchecken in das Resort wird eine Resortgebühr in Höhe von 15 USD + Steuern / Tag fällig. an der rezeption. Mit der Resortgebühr haben Sie uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Wasserpark mit dem Lazy River, der Rutsche und dem Fitnessstudio des Resorts. Eine Tagesgebühr deckt alle Bewohner des Hauses. Our favorite!

We’ve stayed at Regal Palms every year for spring break since 2019 and this is our favorite unit so far! Location is extremely convenient, house is stocked with pool floats/ toys and baby items (pack n play and high chair). Beds are comfortable and plenty of extra linens. Will comfortably sleep 10 depending the ages of your group!

Excellent Experience

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and homey. The property owner was very responsive. We were visiting Florida for a soccer tournament and the location was great - close to the fields, a Publix, and restaurants. The pool was nice. An overall excellent experience!

Great place to stay in the Orlando area

The property was great to stay in. Perfect for our family trip to the theme parks. Close enough to get to the theme parks quickly but far enough away to be out of the heavy tourist area. The unit was spacious, well maintained and very clean.

We had a great stay! The condo was pretty much what I expected and read about. Spacious, clean etc. No problems checking in or out! Great communication with Kash and Damien! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place

Place was great. Did have an issue with the AC one night however the owners had someone come look/fix it the next day. Cleaners showed up before 10am checkout. Pool is amazing. Close to stores, restaurants, fast food, and urgent care. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great spot

This property turned out great. It wasn't ready when we arrived, but the owner responded in less than a minute when I told them it wasn't ready. The place turned out great for our family. The grocery store is less than two blocks away, swimming pool a block away. The house was comfortable and worked out great for our stay!

Just what we needed

This is a beautiful property. Kelly has thought of everything that guests would need for a smooth stay. I made several meals. The beds were cozy. I had 4 teenagers with me and felt comfortable enough that i allowed them to walk to the amenities by themselves. This space was large enough that we were never on top of each other. The drive to seaworld and aquatica depended on what time of day that we left. it would take anywhere between 30-50 min to get to the parks. I had instacart deliver my groceries right to the front door without hassle. everything that you would need was just a short drive. the house was nice and cool. tvs were large. pots and pans were great quality. the coffee maker was pretty quick. the ice cream parlor and arcade was very inexpensive. i can not say enough about this stay! my only advice would be to stick with some tupperware for leftovers. overall- it was fantastic

Limited parking

The home perfectly accommodated our entire family coming from different parts of the state, however we had to make other arrangements outside of the property to park extra vehicles, as the driveway only fit 2 vehicles. This detail was not apparent from the listing. The home was clean with comfy beds. The kitchen has basic equipment, although we did not prepare any meals in the home. Be prepared to pay additional resort fees upon check-in. This was a surprise to us, and is mandatory even though we did not use the pool or other amenities. Would recommend because of the competitive rate, but would not return due to limited parking

Spring break

The entire family was able to enjoy a week away in this home. Close to Disney, universal and the wheel. Beautiful pool, restaurant and spa right down the road. The arcade was a bit of a let down but all lost money was refunded without question. The home itself offers a large master with huge bed and bathroom! The space is beautiful. Gated community with large lake and friendly neighbors. My only complaints are with the appliances. The oven never quite heats up so don’t buy a lot of food as you will have no way to prepare it. The microwave doesn’t work so they have a counter microwave available. The dryer takes at least two full 70 minute cycles to dry the clothes so I couldn’t do laundry either. The owner is wonderful however and responds to questions very quickly! The kids cried when it was time to go home, we will certainly be back!

Fantastic Visit

My family and I stayed here for 6 days for a vacation, and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. For starters, it easily and comfortably slept all 8 of us, which included 3 adults and 5 kids aged 1 to 12. The place itself was gorgeous, and well furnished for families. The resort itself was great, although we didn't spend any time in the pool due to the cold weather on our free days (went to Universal instead!). The location was great, about 20 minutes from the Disney parks, some restaurants and a Publix 3 minutes away and everything else we could have imagined within 10. We would stay here again 10 times out of 10. Thank you!!

Great property!

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Close to the pool and amenities. I will say that the photos of the pool and water slide were a little deceiving. It is not as large as the photos show. A little bit of a bummer because we have older kids and they were disappointed. We loved the fact that we weren’t given a cleaning list! Just remove your food and trash. Thanks!

A few suggestions

Overall a very nice place- but there was a nail sticking up in the middle of one of the stairs that was sharp and my kids stepped on it multiple times. Also, there wasn’t much in the way of cooking/baking dishes in the kitchen and no common condiments like cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc. We liked the pool and location was ok, though it’s kind of a jaunt to Disney (25-35min) and Universal(takes an hour). The owner was very responsive whenever we reached out and she did allow early check when we asked after our long drive. Would recommend to other families for sure!

February winter stay, with the kids visit

We rented for the month of February to escape the winter weather back north. During the spring break the kids and grandkids came to visit. We were close by Disney and other attractions. The resort has very nice pool facilities the kids loved. The lazy river was the biggest hit and enjoyed by all. The condo has four bedrooms which worked well for our group. We were able to reach the owner with any issues and she responded promptly. She even purchased a new set of pans for the condo. We would recommend this condo, it's also a short walk to the pool facilities.

Beautiful house in fabulous villa, clean, fun, safe!

Great house for 8 people with everything you need to spend more than two weeks with all the comforts. Permanent communication with the property manager, clean and well-kept house with beautiful decorative arrangements, fast and very simple check-in. The complex is amazing, this is our third time renting at Regal Palms and we will do it again, beautiful pools with slide, lazy river, sand court, arcade game room, fitness center and much more. Do not hesitate a second to stay here. I only suggest renovating the kitchen, the electric burners are old and crooked making it difficult to cook. Nothing else to say but thank you very much!

Perfect in every way!!

We wanted a bigger property and didn’t want to deal with a crowd because of COVID. This booking was a dream come true! The communication with the owner was easy, responsive, and caring! The property was exactly was described- clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Location was convenient, only a short drive to all of the major theme parks. It was located close to grocery stores and restaurants. We did not use the amenities at the however, the facilities were very nice and looked to be very nice. The check in process was super easy and the resort staff were kind and accommodating. We really have no complaints at all!! Thank you Kelly for making our vacation feel a little like home!!

Perfect for our trip!!

We had an amazing time on our trip! The house was perfect, so clean and updated! The owner answered all of our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The check in process was seamless as well. I am just writing this in case anyone has young children, the house has hard wood floors and the stairs can be very dangerous for little ones. I had to walk my 3 year old down the stairs each time so make sure you bring grippy socks :). We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you for making our wedding/honeymoon/family vacation one to remember!!

We are from New Jersey and love coming to FL. We purchased a vacation home a few years ago because we hated paying a fortune to rent a hotel room that was one room and at most had two queen beds. Sometimes we didn't even have a microwave or a mini fridge. We decided to rent to give families an affordable place to stay, close to the parks and provided all the luxuries the hotels no longer provide.
