Die Villa befindet sich in der Nähe eines praktischen Einkaufszentrums mit Supermarkt, Restaurants, Pizza-Lieferservice und anderen wichtigen Dienstleistungen und Attraktionen.

Voll klimatisierte Unterkunft, zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet, verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, von denen 2 Meister sind. Beide Hauptschlafzimmer sind mit einem Queensize-Doppelbett ausgestattet und verfügen über Kabel-TV, Telefon, Radio und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einer ebenerdigen Dusche.

Die beiden Zweibettzimmer teilen sich das dritte verbundene Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche über der Badewanne.

Es gibt ein großes Familienzimmer mit Queensize-Schlafsofa, 50-Zoll-HD-Kabel-TV, DVD, CD und Stereoanlage mit Blick auf den übergroßen, abgeschirmten, beheizten Privatpool. Der große überdachte Terrassenbereich ist mit Abendlichtern, einem Ventilator und Unterwasserbeleuchtung ausgestattet und mit luxuriösen, gepolsterten Terrassenmöbeln und einem Grill ausgestattet, damit Sie sich nach einem hektischen Tag in diesen Themenparks entspannen können.

In dieser sehr geräumigen Villa mit der luxuriösen Umgebung wurde nichts vergessen. Die luxuriöse, voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen großen Backofen, ein Cerankochfeld, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine sowie alle Utensilien und Geschirr für bis zu zehn Personen. Die Doppelgarage umfasst auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und wird auch in ein luxuriöses Spielezimmer mit Klimaanlage umgewandelt.

Ein Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und ein Buggy werden ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

A beautiful villa for a Disney/Universal Vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. We had no trouble locating or gaining access to the property, and everything was very clean when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here if you are vacationing at the Orlando theme parks.

Same place…different time

This is the second time staying at this property and it was as pleasant as the first. The property seems to have undergone some modernization which really benefited the stay. The pool was great at the end of a busy day and the kids loved it. Building in the area has brought more essentials to the neighborhood as well. I’ve no doubt I’ll look for it again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was easy to get to highway 192 and I 4.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this villa. It was clean and just as pictured on the website. The villa is roomy and the beds were comfortable. The heated pool was great as the weather was slightly cooler in the evening. The only suggestion I might have is the carpet should either be replaced with a lower nap such as a Berber or have it stretched. It is starting to ripple in several areas. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Home away from home!

I can not say enough good things about this villa! My family and I enjoyed it so much we did not want to leave. Sam the owner went out of his way to answer any questions I had and the villa has everything you could possibly need including towels, pillows, everything for the kitchen, pool toys, etc. It was also super clean. The only issue we had was one of members from the home association came to tell us they planned on towing my brother n laws truck that night because it was mostly on the grass. I was thankful they told us but just don't park there during your stay! If we ever come back to Orlando again, I would love to stay here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

#1 David from management was wonderful. He was available when we needed him and was prompt in responding. The new bedspreads on the beds were a nice update. Sam (the owner) was nice and helpful. The house still needs some updates like the couches, flooring, & mattress in the Master bedroom on the right, but the pool was beautiful, comfortable, & clean. We had all the kitchen wares we needed (we cooked almost every day). The house was clean, the game room was fun, & there was plenty of space to relax. The brand new grill was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Our Vacation

Our stay was okay over all. The property is very out dated. The pool got dirty very fast. Turned green while we were there. Took the maintenance guys 3 days to come and handle the problem. Also we went almost all week without the one toilet because of a part was broken. I tried getting ahold of the owner multiple times! We stayed at the property all but one day so we were very reachable! I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Family Vacation

Roomy house in nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool, game room and there was plenty of space for 10 of us. Carpets are a bit worn, the garbage can outside was full on our arrival on Tuesday with no garbage pickup until the following Monday we had to purchase contractor bags and store the trash in the garage until Monday when we were checking out. Not sure who they are using for their cleaning company but the trash should go with them. Calling this a luxury home might be a stretch, but the property manager was very responsive and the torn screens were repaired while we were out at the theme parks during the day which eliminated the fly problem from the trash. There were 3 bathrooms but interestingly enough they are all accessible through the bedrooms none of the bathrooms are accessible without going through a bedroom which was odd as where do you send a guest who is not sleeping in one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom? The only bathtub did not drain well and the air conditioning vent really needs to be cleaned. There was not a skimmer for the pool and the pool did not appear to be vacuumed recently when we were there. We spent our days out at the theme parks so it was a great place for us to all gather at the beginning and end of the day. Beds were all comfortable, except for the pull out in the living room which we replaced with an air mattress we purchased when getting the contractor bags. The house was a great value for the price.

Our 4 bedroom Villa is sized for 8 persons and we have added the sofabed to allow 2 other guests as an overflow. therefore the there are 2 master suite with bathroom and other bathroom arranged as a JackAndJill configuration. so therefore guests using the complimentary sofabed would need to share one of the bathroom. Not really luxury. Left rather disappointed.

Location and neighbourhood was good. Kitchen had everything you need. Property size excellent. Communication with the property owner before our arrival was great. Issues highlighted to the management company. Patio doors were filthy. One of the showers had not been cleaned. Rug in the living room had dirt on and under it. Lots of dust about. Pool table had numerous small holes in it already and large marks on one of the cushions despite warnings of the costs there would be if any damage was caused. . pool cues had no tips. Screen by pool broken. Pool side chair broken. Pool was cold. There were other issues I feel were not accurately reflected in the property description but I will stop there. The management company stated that they were aware of most of the issues however they never offered to send anyone over the rectify the cleaning. We were told you can buy tips for the cues at Walmart. Why should we repair and pay for something that should have been addressed properly before we arrived. We had already cleaned. The main issue was the pool. We assumed the pool may take a couple of days to heat up. Day three and it was still cold so we contacted the management company. They assured us that the heating was on but would come over and check. Despite my sister being there when they did they never spoke to her. Two further days passed and the pool was still cold. Further conversation with the property management who stated the heater must be broken as it was and this was down to the owner who they would contact. We never heard anything back from them. The main reasons for booking this property were the games room and the swimming pool. If we knew the pool would not be heated we would never have booked this property. The kids did not want to use the pool as they felt it was too cold. In essence the property had no pool. Fixing this issue may be great for further guests but it should have been addressed before while we were there. The property is listed a luxury and really it's not. It needs a lot of TLC.

Excellent, comfortable and clean home away from home

The villa was exactly as listed and had everything we needed and wanted to help make our holiday home comfortable and relaxing to return to after long days at the local theme parks. It was clean and tidy on our arrival, with everything ready and prepared for us to settle in quickly. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and the games room and it was great to have Netflix available on every tv. The living area was homely, the kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. The owner, Sam, was communicative and helpful with our questions. We only contacted the local agents once and they responded to a our request the same day. All on all, we would highly recommend staying at this villa and would certainly be willing to use it again in the future.

First time in Orlando

Our family was a total of 10 members. We planned a vacation out to Orlando, Florida to visit the theme parks and some nearby attractions. The search process through VRBO was so easy and convenient. When we came across this home it was a perfect fit. The price was just right as well as the location. I contacted the landlord with some questions before officially booking the property for the duration of our stay and they replied immediately. The booking process was just as easy. As the days were approaching the land lords were sure we had all that we needed on time for our arrival. The home was clean and well taken care of. Everything we needed during our stay was provided for us since the minute we arrived. The pool was great and we all enjoyed it. We wish we could have put use to the grill but the rainy days took over. Everything was accessible and nearby grocery stores/gas stations came in handy. Greatest home we have stayed in so far! Highly recommend.

Convenient relaxing stay!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. We came with 7 kids so we were looking for somewhere convenient to the beaches, the house is about 1.5 hours from each beach (Daytona, Clearwater and cocoa), and we needed something that had entertainment for rainy days! This house was it! Tho one of the chairs on the patio are broken and when my husband sat in it he fell and hurt his arm. He survived the fall tho so it’s all good. Also if I’m making suggestions the grill is falling apart. When we tried to use it the flames were engulfed because the flame gaurd is rusted. This didn’t bother us tho. We know how to live with the small stuff! All and all we had a wonderful stay! Peaceful and private just how we like it! Management didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother them. Nice smooth vacation!! I will be looking for this house again during our next stay!!

A nice vacation in a decent house.

The Pros: The house was a decent size for us, our parents, and our three kids. It was a great deal. The pool was the PERFECT temperature, the beds were comfy, there were ample provisions in the kitchen, the neighborhood was quiet enough, the WiFi was fast, the big TV was smart, and the kids had fun in the gameroom (although we avoided the billiard table due to ominous warnings of expensive repairs if something were to happen to the surface.) The Cons: the house is under property management and really needs a little love from the owner. Little attentions to cleaning detail would go a long way (dusting fixtures, cleaning nooks and crannies, etc.) The house is carpeted which, if I were the property owner, I would replace with tile soon. My family was there to relax and swim, so the pool was very important. The screen enclosure needs to be cleared of pine needles, I spent a while scrubbing the patio area, and a couple hours skimming the pool which was filled with small white grubs. I looked everywhere and could not find the underwater pool light for evening swims (may want to add that to the house book of instructions.) There is a door alarm going out to the pool for safety but it drove everyone crazy. I wished there was a way to temporarily disable it when we or the grandparents were around. There are no replacement paper products, so make sure you bring extras or you'll have to go shopping by day 2. In conclusion, a little love would go a long way to making this decent three star stay a four. We certainly had fun and are thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a nice little home for such a decent price. We all had a good time and tried to leave it a little better for the next guests. Awesome house beautiful and lots of room 5 stars.

This was an amazing experience my family and I had a blast the house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, it was like a home away from home. The kids didn't want to come out the pool. Oh the game room was splendid can't wait to do it again. We had a blast beautiful house.

A great place to holiday

I was pleasantly surprised by the rental experience. I would do it again especially at this location. Clean, Clean, Clean. Easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando International Airport. The house came well equipped with full facilities. The only thing missing was a large pasta pot for cooking pasta or sauce. We also found that we were only about 10 minutes from grocery stores for shopping. Gas, no problem. Just down the road. One of the best parts of the house was that at the end of the day when you were tired of parks and people you could retreat to peace and quiet by your own pool and relax which my grandkids loved doing. Will certainly pass this property onto other members of the family and friends who will be travelling to Disney. Bravo.

Very nice spacious house. Beautiful and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more.
