The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV, two accent chairs, and a full-size sleeper sofa. The dining room is large and the perfect spot for game night or doing puzzles. Our entry closest is full of games, puzzles, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, paddleball, beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and pool/sand toys. Enjoy courtyard views from the balcony with comfortable seating and steps away to one of two large pools.

Sleeping & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, desk space, small dresser, and a wall-mounted smart TV; this room has an on-suite bathroom with full sized walk-in shower and large vanity. The second bedroom offers two full sized beds, dresser, and wall-mounted smart TV; this room also has an on-suite bathroom with full tub and shower and a large vanity. A newly updated powder room (half bath) exists on main floor.

Our complex is adjacent to the bike path and is conveniently located near the Coligny area for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment—just a short walk or bike ride away. The community features two large private pools and beautiful courtyards. Free tennis at Van Der Meer Tennis Center (nextdoor) and pickleball courts are nearby at Cordillo Tennis and Pickleball (a short walk). You'll have convenient access to the beach for long days in the sand and sun!
