Direkt am Meer - Panoramablick! Ein Stück Paradies!

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine Schiebetür zum Balkon mit Pool- / Meerblick und ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen inmitten neuer, hochwertiger Möbel und eines an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernsehers. Der kürzlich renovierte Küchen- / Essbereich verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit und eine große Esstheke (Insel).
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine gemütliche Strandatmosphäre mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze (10/2019) und eigenem Bad. Sowohl das Haupt- als auch das Gästebad wurden 2018 komplett renoviert. Das Vorlagenbad hat eine neue Fliesewanne, eine Toilette und eine Granitwanne.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein brandneues Queensize-Bett mit einer der besten Matratzen. Das Gästebad ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche mit einer rahmenlosen Klarglastür und einer Granitplatte ausgestattet.
Es gibt auch eine Außendusche am Pool, um den ganzen Spaß am Strand abzuräumen. Der Pool befindet sich neben der Promenade, direkt auf dem Weg zurück zum Gerät. Wenn Sie für 3 Nächte oder weniger buchen möchten, senden Sie bitte eine Anfrage. Wenn der Zeitplan dies zulässt, werden wir Unterkünfte für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt als den Mindestaufenthalt von vier Nächten buchen.
Nach Meinung unserer Gäste war das Aufwachen mit der Aussicht von unschätzbarem Wert. Die Lage ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und alles, was Sie auf der Insel brauchen, ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Beautiful view! Girls trip! 40th b-day!

Great location! Clean apartment! Beautiful view! Beds need a serious upgrade! Nobody slept well due to the beds, and woke up sore every morning. Overall, still a good stay!

You MUST stay here!

From the moment we booked this condo I was blown away by the incredible communication by Yuni, the owner. She explained everything in great detail and was very organized! We were blown away by the condo the moment we walked into the condo! It was gorgeous, extremely clean and bright/airy! It has the best view of the ocean and pool from the balcony! We started every morning on the balcony and ended every evening there. She had the condo fully stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had everything you could need as well. One of our favorite things was that she had beach chairs and boogey boards that our 13 year and 11 year old could use! You are literally a 8 minute walk to Coliginy where all the shopping and restaurants are. We are already planning on when we can return because we loved staying here so much!

Fun in the sun!

Great property for our spring break getaway! This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and the location was perfect, close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and lounging by the pool. Access to the grill/bar at the resort next door was a bonus and the quick walk to the beach made everything feel very casual. We saw dolphins from the shore everyday and the sunrise views were beautiful. There was a bit of construction going on in neighboring units but it didn't spoil our fun. Overall a great stay and we would return!

Great location to beach. Too bad it was cold when we went. Condo had very small bathrooms and guest bathroom door was hard to open and close. Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows.

Family Getaway

Our family loves Coligny Beach. We come once a year, and choose properties within walking distance to Coligny plaza. This property was the perfect size for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We spent most days at the beach and most evenings in the pool or on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. The property owner is prompt, friendly, and easily accessible. We can't wait to return for another getaway!!

Amazing View & Great Communication w Property Manager

The view of the ocean and the pool are great, it is a perfect little corner unit with privacy. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed watching people come and go to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach with a beautiful pathway. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere, we rode to Coligny Plaza daily! Yuni is great to communicate with, we were given instructions for our arrival well in advance of our trip so we could prepare and Yuni followed up with us again shortly before our trip. This was our first family vacation with our 9 month old and we had the best time! I would love to come back and stay at this property again, we really enjoyed our stay.

4th of July stay!

The location was very nice and convenient to local restaurants and stores. It faces the beach which was very nice. The AC worked great!! My only con was the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower for the guest bedroom leaked a lot of water while showering. Overall, it was an awesome stay!

Only complaint I had was the furniture in the living room/dining was not kid friendly. Luckily, our kids didn’t get hurt! Everything was perfect though! Awesome views and very clean place. Would stay again.

Ocean Dunes 209 Amazing!

The unit was clean and the located was perfect. It was ocean front near Coligny and Sea Pines. The bikes, umbrella and chairs were a nice added touch! Yuni was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival.

Very Disappointing

Good view and close to the beach but no central air! 40-50 degrees at night and no heat in one bedroom. Poor heating throughout. Ancient units in living area and master bedroom. Very small unit and poor choice in bedding. Bed frames were larger than mattresses so you were constantly hitting your leg or foot. Very difficult to walk around bed in guest room.Bathrooms were tiny and shower curtain kept falling in master bath. Shower in there didn’t work well and you ended up standing in inches of soapy water. Old shampoo left there was not appreciated. For bathrooms that were renovated, they were very poorly done. Strip on floor at bedroom threshold kept coming up. Amazing that it hadn’t been fixed. Guest shower always leaked and yes, the door was closed and mats and towels were placed on the floor. Minimal space to move around and we are not large people.No instructions for tv. All seemed to work differently. Finally got the one in the living room to work. Never succeeded with the others.Very disappointing and although it was clean on the surface, nobody checked for the large almost dead insect under the kitchen counter or the flatware with dried food on it. And the price was high!

Perfect property for vacation...relaxing or action packed!

First, the communication with the property manager was fantastic!!! She made sure we had everything we needed (codes, passes etc.) a week prior to our visit and again the day before. The property was just as described if not better than the pictures showed. There were plenty of items to use at the beach or pool that made it very easy to enjoy the area. There are plenty of really good restaurants close by as well as some top notch golfing. I would definitely rent this property again, without hesitation.

This place is FABULOUS!

The view can’t be beat! Bikes, boogie boards and chairs were all provided. Yuni, the owner was awesome and great to work with and she answered all my questions right away. She was definitely the most pleasant and responsive owner we ever dealt with. The unit was spotless and very clean. The beach was a very short walk away and Coligny Beach Plaza was about a 10 minute walk down a shady bike/walk path across the road. A fantastic place to stay!
