Our spacious 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 11 guests, featuring a private pool and all the amenities you desire for a memorable stay. The space

Our residence offers 5 bedrooms equipped with TVs, including 2 suites, and a total of 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 11 guests.

We’ve just added a beautiful summer kitchen right next to the pool – perfect for grilling and enjoying the Florida sunshine!

For guests who wish to use it, there is a one-time $150 fee. This covers the cost of gas and a deep cleaning after use. Once requested, we’ll send you the access code and everything will be ready for your perfect BBQ moment!

Guest access

Guests have full access to all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and game garage. Additionally, they can enjoy the condominium's common areas, such as the children's playground and sports courts, located just a 5-minute walk away. Make the most of all the amenities available during your stay.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

•⁠ ⁠Early check-in fee: $60

•⁠ ⁠Late check-out fee: $80

•⁠ ⁠Pool and spa heating fee: $35 per night

• Outdoor Summer Kitchen fee: $200 per stay

•⁠ ⁠We accept pets fee: $60 per pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed)

NOTE: Our car is parked in the left corner of the garage. We don’t live in Florida, and this is the car we use whenever we visit.

You’re welcome to park your vehicle behind or next to ours, and there’s also available street parking right in front of the house with no issues.
