This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A.



Welcome to Admiral's Row 426, an elevated coastal retreat where the ocean is your constant backdrop. Located on the fourth floor, this villa offers panoramic perspectives and refreshing salt-air breezes from its private vantage point.

Living & Dining: The bright, open living area is designed for togetherness, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Large glass sliders lead to your private balcony, the ideal spot for morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare family meals in the full kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need.

Bedrooms & Baths:

Primary Suite: Features a plush King-sized bed, a private TV, and its own en-suite bathroom for total privacy.

Guest Bedroom: Ideal for children or friends, this room offers two Twin beds and easy access to the second full bathroom.

Extra Sleeping: A Queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the villa to comfortably host up to six guests.



Guest Access:

As a guest at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, you have full, 24-hour secured access to the resort’s 55-acre oceanfront grounds:

Two Outdoor Pools: Includes the island's largest beachfront pool and a dedicated kiddie pool.

Direct Beach Access: Four private boardwalks take you directly from the resort to the white sands of Folly Field Beach—no crossing busy roads.

Sports & Fitness: Use of tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a children's playground.

On-Site Dining: Frequent the Coconutz Sports Bar, Gators Pizza, or the beachfront Jamaica Joe'z Tiki Bar.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

Resort Fee: One free parking pass is included. Additional passes must be purchased for $35 each.

Prohibited Items: To maintain a peaceful environment, e-bikes, motorcycles, and trailers are strictly prohibited on resort grounds.

Starter Kit: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get your vacation started.
