Great space for our family. It was nice to have chairs and a wagon for the beach as well, esp since we forgot one. There are a lot of stairs but its only an issue to bring the cooler back and forth tot he beach. Overall we had a great time and loved the space. We didn't walk to the beach access - we parked at Coligny but we saw lots of people walking everyday. The pool looked great as well, but we spent all day at the beach.

Very clean and close to the beach, Coligny Square, and grocery stores. Updated kitchen and baths. Close to the pool. Just a lot of steps. Otherwise, quite perfect!

Very nice property. Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and we had to bring very little supplies to cook our entire Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay again.

cannot say enough about this condo unit.  From the open and airy and bright rooms with soaring vaulted  ceilings to the well stocked kitchen and spotless ergonomic bathrooms this unit was perfect for us.  Our 3 grown boys each had a queen bed and we all had  an enormous supply of luxurious linens and towels.  The layout is exceptional providing space and privacy with the 3 level master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The entire complex is beautiful clean and dog friendly. The pool is steps away from this unit which is also kept impeccable and also has a spotless bathroom/change room on site.   Ocean Breeze/Tree Tops will remain in my greatest family memories. Not  a single glitch on this vacation.  Highly recommend. Gabriel and Nancy Maggio & Family

The space is quite nice with a large family room. Master is a great size and the vaulted ceiling makes it feel huge. The location does seem to have the standard beach buggy and basic kids sand toys should you be wondering. The communication with the host is good.we spent 2 weeks here which is likely more than the average stay, and we had our 2 toddlers with us. The split rooms on the lower floor was great for that. The kitchen could do with a few prep knives and new pans. We ended up buying our own while there

The size and layout of the condo were excellent for 6 adults and the unit was very comfortable. However, the kitchen was quite lacking without basic items such as oven mitts/ hot pads and only 6 mismatched forks that we constantly had to hand wash. Not a kitchen for doing much cooking. A car hang tag was missing upon arrival and the contact with the manager was almost certainly AI and we couldn’t get a satisfactory resolution until we involved help from a live person at VRBO. I believe that the unit would be very nice if they’d better appoint the kitchen. However, I would not recommend it for families with small children since the access is a bit of a walk and up stairs ( the elevator is not close).

0 flaws with this condo!! The host was very quick and helpful with communication. The space was clean and the listing was accurate. Easy walk to the beach, easier walk to the pool, and so many games/activities to do at the condo! We love and will absolutely be back!

The property was great! It was a little tricky to find, but once we were in, it was perfect! Our dog was happy. The location was ideal and they had everything we needed. We would totally recommend for families of 4!
