Welcome to Lei Lani V201! We're so glad you're considering our family's beach home for your vacation.

What first captured our hearts was the view. From the living room and both bedrooms, you'll enjoy panoramic Ole River views that never get old. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise, watching dolphins in the morning, or winding down with a sunset cocktail, the balcony quickly becomes everyone's favorite spot.

When we purchased V201, we completely renovated it from top to bottom. We designed it the way we wanted our own beach home to feel—not as a rental, but as a place where our family could relax together. Inside you'll find beautiful light oak floors, quartz countertops, comfortable coastal furnishings, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere that instantly feels like vacation.

The master bedroom features two queen beds, while the guest bedroom offers one queen bed and a twin loft bed, making it a fun space for kids or additional guests. The dining table seats four comfortably, with four additional barstools at the kitchen peninsula for casual meals, games, or morning coffee.

While the condo can sleep several guests, we think it's most comfortable for up to six adults. Beyond that, the space starts to feel a little *too* cozy, and we'd rather set that expectation honestly so everyone enjoys their stay.

Why We Love This Location

Lei Lani has the best of both worlds. You're just one mile from Flora-Bama and the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, making it easy to enjoy great food, live music, and waterfront fun. The beach is directly across the street, and the push-button crosswalk makes getting there safe and easy, even when you're carrying chairs, coolers, or little ones.

One of the things we appreciate most is that Lei Lani is a low-density community. There are fewer crowds, plenty of breathing room, and a laid-back atmosphere. It's peaceful when you want to relax but still close to everything.

This isn't just an investment property, it's our family's happy place. We spend as much time here as we can and hope you'll love it as much as we do.

We're also proud dog parents. Our sweet family dog joins us on our beach trips, so while our professional cleaning team does an exceptional job preparing the condo before every guest arrives, you may occasionally find a stray dog hair that escaped everyone's best efforts. We mention it simply because we believe in being transparent, and because this home is truly lived in and loved.
