Das WindDrift liegt am Perdido Key in Orange Beach im US-Bundesstaat Alabama und ist ein Ort zum Entspannen, Entspannen und Genießen der schönen Aussicht auf den Orange Beach. Das ist wirklich das Beste aus beiden Welten. Unsere Wohnung ist neu renoviert und aktualisiert. Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf Ono Island und beobachten Sie die Delfine vom großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Ole River. Es ist wirklich der perfekte Kurzurlaub für die ganze Familie.

Dieses schöne, renovierte Wohnung ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad-Einheit mit viel Platz für Ihre Familie und Freunde auf der 4. Etage für eine tolle Aussicht. Einheit 411 N. Das Äußere unseres Gebäudes wird mit neuen Beschichtungen, Stuckreparaturen und Farben renoviert. Es kann etwas Lärm mit dieser Renovierung verbunden sein, aber im Inneren unserer Wohnung wird nichts unternommen. Wir möchten, dass Gäste wissen, dass dies ein Problem sein kann oder nicht.
Diese Wohnung verfügt über eine elektronische Keyless Entry, so dass Sie nie Sorgen zu machen, wo die Schlüssel sind. Die Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind alle neu renoviert worden und vollständig für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Alle neuen Küchengeräte ab 1/18. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig mit neuen Möbeln, neuen Flachbild-TV und neue Bettwäsche inklusive einem komfortablen Kingsize-Bett und Master-Bad. Wachen Sie morgens auf und genießen Sie Ihre Tasse Kaffee auf dem privaten Balkon. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, neue Bettwäsche, neue Flachbild-TV und Blick auf den Strand und Perdido-Pass. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, neue Bettwäsche, neue Flachbild-TV und eine herrliche Aussicht auf Ole River und Ono Island. Das zweite Bad befindet sich zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern, und es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich für zusätzliche Gäste. Internet, Kabel und viele Aktivitäten. Es ist ein wenig für jeden etwas zu genießen. Da wir schnell gelernt haben, dass sowohl der Strand als auch das Bootfahren viel Eis benötigen, hat unsere Feuchtrestaurant eine neue 25 # / Tag Eismaschine zusätzlich zu der Eismaschine des Kühlschranks. Füllen Sie Ihren Kühler und Kopf für den Strand / Boot. Wir sind Bootsfahrer freundlich.

Bringen Sie Ihr Boot und parken es in einem der vielen Anlegestellen für die Gäste nur wenige Schritte von unserer Wohnung. Die Wohnungsvereinigung berechnet 30 US-Dollar pro Tag oder 150 US-Dollar pro Woche für Ihren Bootsbeleg. Sie können Ihren Anhänger auf dem bewachten Parkplatz abstellen. Wir sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Boot zum Golf von Mexiko für Weltklasse-Fischerei oder bleiben in der Nähe in der Bucht für unvergleichliche Küstenfischerei. Anlegestellen sind in einer KEINE SPUR-Zone befindet, die während im Wasser schützen Ihr Boot hilft. Boot gleitet haben auch einen Fisch Reinigungsstation mit Strom und Frischwasser. Fahren Sie mit Ihrem Boot nach Bird Island, um dort zu schwimmen und Spaß in der Sonne zu haben oder essen Sie in einem der vielen Restaurants am Wasser in Orange Beach oder Perdido Key, FL.

Bringen Sie Ihre Ruten und Rollen und genießen Sie fangen Rotbarsch, Saibling, Flunder, Skipjacks und Krabben aus unserem Pier oder am Strand. Bummeln Sie über den Privatstrand direkt über die Straße und genießen Sie den Zucker weißen Sand und blauen Wasser türkis. Winddrift hat zwei Komplexe auf der Strand und eine auf Ole Fluss mit Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben eine private Kreuzung mit einem von Ihnen aktivierten Stopplicht, um die Straße zu überqueren. Es gibt 2 Swimmingpools (einer Golf-Front und eine auf der Riverside) und 3 Tennisplätze. Der Zugang zum Strand beinhaltet auch Duschen im Freien, um den ganzen Sand und Salzwasser zu entfernen, bevor Sie zurück in unsere Wohnung fahren.

Der Wohnungsverband berechnet den Mietern 30 US-Dollar für einen Parkausweis, der für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt gut ist. Sie berechnen auch 30 US-Dollar pro Tag oder 150 US-Dollar pro Woche für einen Bootsbeleg und einen Boots- / Bootsanhänger. Diese Gebühren werden direkt an die Wohnung Verein bei der Ankunft bezahlt und sind nicht in die Wohnung Eigentümer gezahlt.

It was a wonderful condo, owner was responsive and gracious when I called with a couple of questions. Only thing that could be better was the parking pass situation, you can only do 7 days at a time and if you're staying more than that you have to reapply for another pass and there is another charge.

Myself and my daughters were guests at this unit and we loved it. On arrival I had trouble getting into the unit, the host answered quickly and within seconds the matter was resolved. The unit was exactly as pictured in the photos. We loved the view from the balcony, we did see a group of dolphins one morning while sitting out there. The pool area was nice. There is beach access across the street but we opted to go to the state park instead. If we decide to visit the area again I would definitely book this unit in the future.

The prefect fall break!

The condo was cleaned and refreshing as soon as we walked in. The views was fantastic, watching the boats and looking for dolphins on the back balcony where we spent a lot of time soaking up the moments on our stay.The fishing docks were super nice and well lite at night for the guy to enjoy without the travel of loading all the fishing equipment else where. The beaches was just a short walk across the road. Chad was an amazing host helping us get things done.

Location was perfect

The condo unit was located in a perfect spot in the condo, the location was perfect with access to the beach and the back bay, the owners could not have been more accommodating and we all had a wonderful time with plenty of places to lay our tired heads after a day of fun.

Great unit!

This was our second stay at Wind Drift North. This unit was wonderful for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for all of us! It had everything we needed and the owner was easy to work with. My kids enjoyed crab hunting and dolphin watching from the dock and balcony. We hope to stay here again!

Very nice condo

The Orange Beach area was still recovering from the hurricane while we were there, but the condo itself was great. It was just as nice as the pictures and Chad was quick to respond to our questions. This was our first time staying across the street from the beach and it turned out to be no big deal. In fact, the view of the bay from the back balcony was nice in the evenings...watching boats drive by. We also liked that the area was a little more quiet, but still close enough to drive for food, etc.

This property was great !

The condo was really nice and the owner was very accommodating. Everything was well appointed. Description is accurate. Rained everyday I was there so I didn't use the pool or beach areas. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. It had the nicest balcony furniture. We were able to use the boat dock which was really nice. Would definitely go back.

Winter beach break!

Our family took a much needed break after the holidays and rented this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The owners were very easy to deal with and were available to answer all of our questions. Our children enjoyed playing on the beach and fishing off the dock in front of the condo. My son caught his first redfish!! We have been to Orange Beach many times and stayed at different properties but we will definitely be back to this one!

Great get away!

We were looking for a place at the beach to celebrate our daughter and her best friend graduating high school but still be somewhere quite. This place was perfect! Directly across the street from the beach (with a crosswalk with a button to stop traffic making it super safe) with a bay inlet behind us gave us the best of both worlds. We were able to relax, ghost crab hunt (if you havent done this yet, you should, so fun!), fish and just spend time together which is something we were really wanting before they head off to college. The 3 bedrooms with 4 beds was just what we needed. The water pressure in the showers really was awesome, it really helped you to unwind at the end of a long day of outdoor fun. And with teenagers, the wifi was a godsend. LOL Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us, we really enjoyed our time there!

2nd time staying and still an awesome place to stay.

This is our 2nd time at the condo and the updates to it are so nice! There is still some renovations going on the the Wind Drift, for the first 3 days they were working on the unit above us but overall, the workers were pretty quiet. As we were preparing to leave this morning, work started on the condo next door to us. That group of workers were not very quiet but thankfully, we were already up and fixing to leave. We loved the ice maker that they have added to the condo, it was great to be able to make drinks without having to buy a bag of ice. The beds are all firm but not hard and the shower head in the master bathroom is amazing! It had plenty of pressure and a good coverage area. The girls enjoyed both the beach and pool and the hubby enjoyed fishing off the pier. I even got to pick up a small hermit crab right by the grass off the pier but I let him go, I just wanted to tell him hi! lol We really just wanted a quick, quiet getaway, especially with all that has been going on lately, and we were able to get that done. Thanks Chad for allowing us to stay here again!

Peaceful...easy feeling...

I was looking for a getaway for my mom and I for Mother's Day weekend. I was drawn to this rental unit because of the balcony overlooking the river and it did not disappoint! The condo was clean and such a homey place to relax and just enjoy some momma/daughter time. The security guard was extremely friendly and helpful as were other residents that we ran into in the elevator. The beach is just a short walk across the Blvd, which at first made me nervous, but there is a pedestrian button at the red light near the entrance that allows you to safely cross the street. The River side pool shown in the pictures above was my favorite. We spent an entire afternoon lounging in the pool all by ourselves. It is a quiet community. I wish that I could have tucked that balcony and it's view in my pocket and bring it with me for a refresher! Mr. Ford was very friendly and does his best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. You won't regret choosing this condo for your vacation needs. (Unless you are the type of person that is just difficult to please, unhappy, and prone to criticizing every little thing about every little thing...then please just don't bother hassling these sweet people to stay in their little piece of heaven!) :)

the unit was fine but our enjoyment not so much

this 5 week stay was our 15th stop in our travels as retirees. we've had many wonderful adventures staying in other people's homes for 3 years. this unit was paid for up front by the first week in august 2018. it turns out that this building was undergoing some serious exterior repair/renovation work. a permanent resident we met in the parking lot told us that all residents had been notified and kept abreast of the upcoming work beginning last spring. there is no mention of this on the owner's unit's listing. only after he had our full payment, he casually mentioned there may be some work going on but it shouldn't impact us... it turns out they were using huge power tools (sounded like jack hammers) to remove the stucco. they drilled, hammered,and stood on our private bedroom balcony (at nap time) on ladders. this was not light occasional noise. they began the first monday after we arrived and continued almost daily till we left. they skipped a few sundays and bad weather days. we didn't have to listen to their machinery for a few days around hurricane michael. they would often start up the huge machine which elevated the workers before 7:30am. we contacted the owner about all of this to gently inquire about a partial refund/ discount. he lives on the west coast . we explained that it both looked like and felt like we were under siege. he said "no". then suggested we should leave. he was willing to refund the remaining time but not to offer to refund some of our rent. we carry all our belongings in our vehicle so packing and unpacking for old people is quite a task. we also had no place to stay till our next accommodation. the rental amount we agreed upon was for a fairly quiet unit, usable parking spaces, pleasant view ( the very visible tennis courts and parking lots were filled with construction related equipment, building supplies and large machinery). at least the workers (who were very pleasant) made some effort to cover our car when they were spraying and it was windy. we have encountered some interesting challenges in our travels and generally have chosen to have a sense of humor about them. we gave this unit 3 stars ( this is our only less than 5 stars to post anywhere) is the owners deliberate decision to ignore/rationalize the decision to ask for and accept full payment for a VERY compromised accommodation. we would have never chosen this unit had the owners been upfront. the balcony off the back is wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The set up of bedrooms/beds was perfect for our family, and the location was great, across the street from the beach and a short drive to anywhere in Orange Beach, Perdido Key, or Gulf Shores. Beds were comfortable and linens etc clean and up to date, plenty of towels, and overall the condo was very clean. The condo was updated throughout and kitchen open and well stocked. Only recommendation would be adding some measuring cups/spoons in the kitchen, were the type that enjoy cooking a lot at home! Tons of appliances, pots/pans, and a good stock of basics. We loved staying on the back balcony and watching the sunrises and sunsets, they were stunning. We saw dolphins in the bay right after we arrived. You could also see fish, stingrays, and jellyfish from the balcony daily. The host was so fast in communicating, quickly answered any questions we had, and we greatly appreciated them allowing us to check in a bit early. It was nice being able to use both pools and at no time was anything crowded. Overall, loved our stay there and will rebook this in a heartbeat.

Very clean and smelled good but it wasn’t wheelchair accessible like we were told. I could access one bedroom not with my chair though, I had to be lifted from my chair and taken with my hoyer lift to that bedroom, and the living room but not the other 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen or balcony. Even getting into the condo wasn’t easy because there was a wall very near the left of the door and 2 doors opposite the door going into the condo, one padlocked door and one being stairs I had to get lined up just right to get in the door. The main bedroom had a small hall leading to it that a wheelchair couldn’t turn into, the other bedroom, the bed was too close to the wall to get the wheelchair into, kitchen wasn’t enough room between the island and the wall to go into. The balcony had a beautiful view, but there is a 3 1/2”-4” lip that a wheelchair can’t go over.

Just the vacation we needed!

The property was very clean. It had everything we needed. We have a big family of 7 and it accommodated us with ease. We saw dolphins everyday on the balcony. The beach is located across the street, but there is a button to push that stops traffic and allows your family to cross. Once you are across the street its a short walk to the sand and beach. The location of the beach is great because it was not as busy as most and there was practically no one on the beach set up to the west of us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and roomy, right across the street from the beach, giving you just a short walk. The back patio gives you a nice view of the bay.
