Construction & Maintenance Notices:
Elevator Modernization:
• Southeast (SE) Elevator: Work anticipated to begin Monday, March 23, with an estimated completion of Monday, May 11
Common Walkway & Balcony Work: Work on the common walkways is scheduled to begin December 1, 2025, and continue through the duration of the project, expected to conclude by the end of March 2026.
Starting February 24th- March 6th, the swing stages will be used where possible to allow work on two stacks simultaneously. Balcony work will occur in two steps: Primer application to balcony handrails (approx. 2 hours + 2-hour tack dry) and paint (approx. 2 hours + 2-hour dry). “Wet Paint” signs will be posted.
Garage Ramp and Closure Schedule Update:
• The West Ramp and associated garage areas will be closed from January 26 through February 15 to complete the required work.
• The East Ramp and associated garage areas will be closed beginning February 15 and extending through Spring Break. Final completion of the East Ramp is anticipated between Spring Break and the start of the summer season.

Phoenix on the Bay 1-1312 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the third floor with beautiful views of the lazy river and convenient access to all community amenities.
• Balcony access is available from both the living area and the primary bedroom.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats four with four barstools for additional seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed. (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)
• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides easy check-in and check-out.
• Boat launch and fish cleaning station on-site. Boat slips are available for rent ($25–$60 per day, depending on size). Trailer parking is available at $5 per night, first-come, first-served.
• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each, plus tax, limited to two per unit. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase passes online via a link emailed after registration.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
