The space
Enjoy this beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated space with your family or all to yourself! Just a few minutes' walk to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach!

Being close to all major attractions and dining in the area makes our condo the perfect place to experience everything Alabama beaches have to offer!

Guest who books stay is required to be present during stay. Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 4 children comfortably or up to 6 adults, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed and the upstairs bedroom with 2 full sized beds. We do not have a sofa sleeper, but if you feel that your group would be adequately comfortable with an additional child on the sofa, please send a request.
Sit on the comfy balcony chairs as you enjoy the salty sea air and take in the beautiful view. The sugar white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico water make Orange Beach the perfect vacation destination are located directly across the street from our condo.

Located on the 3rd floor, Lei Lani 321 is easily accessible by both the elevator or the stairs, while still offering stunning views. Guests love how quickly you can get from the condo to the white sand and turquoise water. There is a crosswalk right in front of our condo. When you press the button, it gives the cars a red light so you can easily cross the street.
At the rear of our condo complex, we sit on Ole River near the bay. Guests love to fish off the docks as well as watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Sit by the pool and watch the boats and sea life go by.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and flat-screen smart TV. There is a nice sized closet with plenty of hangers as well as a luggage racks to store your clothes. The second closet is an owner’s closet where we store supplies. The upstairs bedroom boasts two full sized beds providing additional room for the whole family.
The 1st floor luxurious bathroom features an updated tub/shower combo that has been completely updated with modern tile.
The second-floor bedroom has a full-sized bathroom with walk in shower and walk in closet.

The kitchen includes various drinkware, pots, pans, and utensils. We try to make sure our guests have everything they will need in their home away from home! We also provide a coffee machine and K-cup maker and provide starter coffee K-cups in the coffee bar area. if you have a favorite K-cup brand, feel free to bring your own. The full-size refrigerator complete with icemaker and filtered water allows you to stock up on groceries.

The Lei Lani condo communities offers 3 pools to enjoy during your stay! There is an elevated bayside/riverside pool, and a Gulf side pool. Guests love having all the options!

**We do have a heated indoor pool, but it is currently closed due to upgrades/updates taking place in that building.

This unit has been beautifully updated with luxury vinyl flooring, quartz counters, tasteful decor, and comfortable outdoor furniture. We have tried to think of everything to make sure that you truly get to relax while you are here.

**NO pets of any kind — our HOA is incredibly strict regarding no pets for guests, and will evict anyone who tries to bring a pet**
**No parties or Events are allowed on property
**Property is monitored by the COA onsite. Any violations of posted rules may result in immediate eviction.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Recommended Age 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit.
Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults comfortably, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two full sized beds. We do not have a sofa sleeper, but if you feel that your group would be adequately comfortable with an additional child on the sofa, please send a request.

TRIP INSURANCE
We always highly recommend that all guests purchase the optional trip insurance, as sometimes things happen that unfortunately are last minute and may cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
Towels, Linens, and Blankets are provided with your stay. We provide a starter kit of basic necessities to ensure your vacation starts out right including a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liner, mini sized shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, and starter coffee. It is enough to get you through the night if you arrive late, but you will want to either make a stop at the store on your way into town or have a grocery delivery set up for when you arrive. There also several area stores that will deliver your groceries right to the door.

PARKING PASSES
Parking is included for one vehicle in pricing, and you will get your parking pass upon arrival to place on your dashboard. Easy parking right out front of the Lei Lani complex. Park in parking lot - do not park under the building and make sure to display parking pass in dashboard. Please note that trailer parking/boat slips are allocated for owner use only, but Caribe Marina offers transient slip rentals and trailer parking and is located less than 1 mile away.

MONTHLY RENTALS
We love snowbirds! We welcome you to book our condo at a discounted rate for monthly stays during the months of November, December, January, and February. Contact us for the discounted monthly rates. We also offer weekly discounts during these months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a 50% refund minus any non-refundable fees up to 30 days prior to check-in date. No refunds will be given less than 30 days before check-in. We highly recommend travel insurance for unavoidable circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations.


BEACH SERVICE
There is an optional beach service at the beach across the street from our condo that offers lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for a rental fee if desired. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided in our condo.

Ring Doorbell on the front door.
Other things to note

***Please note***

The Lei Lani Upgrade/Update Project is underway on the Tower located across the street. Beach access is under the tower via the boardwalk or next to the tower via the sand path. Please use caution and wear shoes/flip flops when near the construction area.

Indoor/Heated Pool: The indoor/heated pool is currently closed due to updates and upgrades taking place at the Tower side facilities.

The Elevator in our building is being replaced with a brand new unit beginning on June 2nd 2025. The project should take 3 weeks. During this time, the condo will still be easily accessible by the stairs on either end of the building.
