The house was awesome! This was our first time to the Cayman Islands and it was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool! The Sargassum made the beach pretty much unusable but we knew that going in. The house was in great condition and the amenities were plentiful. It’s a drive to seven mile beach but we really preferred the quiet of the north side. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect size for our group of two couples and our kids. We loved all the amenities, especially the kayaks, cornhole boards, and beach chairs—they made exploring the island so much easier.The only downside was the seaweed on the beach directly in front of the house, which made snorkeling there difficult. However, we know that's common in the Caribbean during the summer and not something the owners can control.Overall, we loved the house, the location, and would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The property manager even came and jumpstarted our rental car for us within 10 minutes as we were trying to make it to the airport.

This place truly is as wonderful as advertised. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with extras like spices. The beds are comfy. Plenty of beach towels and snorkels and pool floats. A game closet for all ages. The hosts were a dream to work with. I would stay here over and over. Perfect place to spend QUALITY time with loved ones.

The house is very spacious and everything you hope for in a vacation rental! Very clean! The pool is beautiful and the sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and accessories you will ever need. The convenience store is just down the road. There are beach chairs and bags for taking to the beach. The manager is easy to reach if you have questions and she texts you to check that is all going well. We only have rave reviews. It would be hard to find anything wrong with this place. We will definitely be back again…10 days was not enough!

Really nice place, the pictures are great but really don’t do the property justice, it was an amazing week for us. Everything about the property was excellent. Owner checked in on us via email and was an excellent host. All I can say is if you are wanting to stay in the Rum Point area you have to consider this place, it is amazing.

Heaven on earth!!!

We had such an amazing time during our stay. Grand Cayman is just a wonderful place all around and the house was the perfect addition to the vacation. The home is clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the ocean. Felt completely private and was a great place to unwind.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful home with fantastic pool area and beach location. One of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in and well appointed as far as kitchen and anything you might need during your stay. Well set up for family as far as layout. Craig as excellent- not intrusive at all and we truly needed nothing during our week. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay in North Cayman! The home was everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and private. We enjoyed cooking and grilling. The beach was beautiful. It was too windy the week we stayed to take the kayaks out, but still just lovely. We visited several other beaches and went diving too! Highly recommended.

Craig and Roy took care of us throughout the week and made sure we were safe. They provided constant updates and you could tell they truly care about their guests. House was awesome and felt like we had the beach to ourselves.

Sundance on the North Side

Property is beautiful. Very clean and well kept just as the listing shows. Completely enjoyed the solitude that this location boasts. Craig was appropriately communicative and we had no issues during the booking, check-in, stay, or departure. We would highly recommend this awesome property.

Amazing house in a perfect location!

What a great week we had at Sundance! What you see is what you get and more! The house was so well stocked for all of our needs. Craig was so responsive and very easy to communicate with. Do Not Hesitate! This Place is Jaw Dropping!

We loved this property and it’s amazing views with peaceful nights to soak in and relax. The house is immaculate and shows pride and care of ownership. Rental car is a must however, so worth it! We will be back for sure! The owner was so amazing to work with and really cares for his vacation home.

Wonderful Home!

We had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy Grand Cayman. The owner and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was brand new and well equipped. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

Our family of 5 stayed a week at Sundance. This place is stunning! The views are beautiful. The place looks just like the pictures. Sundance was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Craig was an excellent host. Amazing Cayman Property

Our vacation and stay at this property was amazing! The location and view are top-notch. There are so many details the owner has placed in the house from fresh beach towels, sunscreen, kayaks, cooking utensils etc. We loved the proximity of being near several restaurants and of course Chisholms to pick up drinks and snacks. We also loved the peace and quiet of not being on 7 mile beach. I would recommend this property and will be staying again in the future. 5 stars!
