We loved everything about this place. The house was well equipped. The only downside was the water temp the time of year we went. It was very warm. Fortunately the pool was there and very refreshing.

Flip Flop Kai is an amazing house. It looks even better than the pictures. The view is spectacular! Very clean. Beautifully decorated with attention to details. Very spacious and able to sleep 6 very comfortably. Love the 2 refrigerators with water dispensers and ice makers. The cook top could have worked a little better, but we used the grill mostly so it didn't cause any issues. Love the outdoor spaces with pool, hot tub, paddle boards kayaks and dock. The only thing that would have been nice is a fly swatter because the flies and mosquitoes were bad. Love this house and will return again.

We loved this location on Rum Point! Quiet and calm, but close enough to walk or take a short drive to two different, excellent restaurants, and no more than a 20-minute drive to all of the great sites and restaurants on the North and East sides. The house was fantastic, clean and up to date, with an extremely well stocked kitchen, and access to kayaks was great for going out on bio bay anytime of day. The view from the beach of the bay and out to the open water was so unique and beautiful. The pool was lovely and shaded, and you cannot beat the tranquility of this two-lot property. We would absolutely return!

Biobay!

Stunning property. Lots of attention to details, we didn't want for anything. Were not informed of the upside-down jellyfish in the bay, that are harmless unless threatened. We found that out the hard way. Otherwise amazing views, daily kayaks, resident turtles and stingray spotted, and bioluminescence around 930pm is priceless. Kayak out about 200 ft out to see the glow with your paddle/hands!

An amazing home and beach

The house is fantastic and the photos actually don’t do it justice. We have stayed at multiple hotels on the island including Seafire (our favorite), but this was a different type of trip and an amazing place to have it. Here are details of the home: A master suite upstairs overlooking the beach and water, two other bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs a cozy den and also a double height great room plus kitchen, laundry area and dining area, not to mention the screened in dining area and a dining table on the beach. The management company was quick to respond and stopped by to check in on us. The beach is great, it felt like our own resort. We would recommend stopping at Foster’s for a big grocery haul as the local store closest to this area is cute but very expensive.

Cayman Paradise

The house was amazing! You could not want for anything. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely clean and plenty of towels were provided. We truly did not even need to leave the house it had so much to offer. Pool and spa were great but the view, beach, dock, gazebo were the best parts. We saw, turtles, a barracuda, two live conch, a Green Moray eel, an iguana, even a huge porcupine fish! The only thing we did not get to experience was the bioluminescence as it was full moon the week we were there, but no complaints it truly was paradise. We could even walk or kayak to Starfish point and Rum Point. We had dinner at both Rum Point and the Upstairs at Kaibo. Both were fantastic experiences! We didnt want to leave. We would definitely return.

This property was everything described and more! The pictures shown online do not do justice! The North side of Grand Cayman is definitely the area to stay, it is so peaceful and bioluminescence Bay was magical! We were a quick 1-minute drive to Starfish point which was our favorite beach spot. We also rented a boat that was delivered to our doc for the day and went to Sting Ray city, Rum Point and Coral reef snorkeling. We spent the evenings relaxing in the pool and snorkeling Bioluminescence Bay. The upside down jellyfish do not bother you if you stay on the top of the water snorkeling, just don't put your feet down on the bottom of the bay or you stir them up and they rise up in the water. We got stung a few times, but it doesn't hurt that bad and goes away quickly. Kayaks come with the house, but we rented paddle boards which I recommend. I paddle boarded daily and it was one of my favorite things to do. If you are looking for a place to eat, Tukka's East was our favorite, it was so good we went twice. Tuesday nights a local plays the harp during dinner and that was so relaxing and special! Spots Beach is about a 30 minute drive on the south side of the island but I recommend a day for that beach, there is a large coral reef there and we saw sea turtles in the wild! If you like to see things in their natural habitat, appreciate natural and need a quiet relaxing place to unwind this is your spot! Well worth every penny spent, we can't wait to book again!
