Getting Around:
We highly recommend bringing a car to navigate the local area. Uber and Lyft are also available. The home sits on a freshwater canal and hosts a boat ramp and seawall to access the freshwater canal system of Cape Coral. However, the canal is not gulf-accessible.

Other Things to Note:
– No pets allowed
– Quiet hours 10PM–8AM
– No parties or events
– Must be 25+ to book
– ID + pre-arrival form required
– BBQ grill must be cleaned after use
– No smoking on property
– Furniture must remain in place
– Trash must go in designated bins

Guest will be provided with key code access information and contact information to the local property manager once booked, and their arrival date is approaching, usually 3 days prior.
