* No outdoor shoes indoors. Please use indoor slippers (slippers must stay inside)

* Keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing neighbours

* No smoking, candles, or incense inside the house

* All household items must remain in the property (e.g., microwaves, cups, towels, plates, bed sheets, etc..)

* Do not leave luggage after checkout. Broken luggage will incur a 5,000yen fee

* Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Late checkout = 3,000yen per hour

* Toothbrush & toothpaste are not provided (environmental policy)

🏠 Care for House Facilities

Please take good care of all facilities and supplies in the house.

Do not move them without permission.

If there is any damage, loss, or permanent stains, compensation will be charged at market value.

🔒 Safety & Conduct Rules

* Take care of your personal belongings, especially valuables. We are not responsible for any loss.

* In case of emergency, please contact us immediately.

* No illegal or criminal activities are allowed in the property. If discovered, the police will be contacted.

🧻 Toilet Rules

Please do NOT flush anything besides toilet paper and human waste, including tissues.

⚠ Flushing other items may cause the toilet to clog and lead to serious plumbing problems.

Color labels are for reference only (bin colors may vary or be unmarked).

② At check-out

Put sorted trash in plastic bags and leave it inside the house.

Our cleaner will collect it.

*Extra plastic bags are in the kitchen cabinet.

If you wish to dispose of trash yourself:

■ Collection Point ゴミ集積所 (before 8:00 AM)

Burnable trash → Place at the designated collection point by 8:00 AM on the collection day.

Recyclable & non-burnable trash → Leave inside the house.

⚠ Unsorted trash may not be collected.

🚨Important: Suitcases are considered large-sized trash, which requires a prior reservation for disposal and additional fees. Please do not leave suitcases in the guesthouse, as this will incur an additional fee of 5000 yen per item.
