Thanks you for the feedback. We will certainly share this with the owners. They did just have all bathrooms floor to ceiling renovated and an interior designer this past year adding new decor and furnishings. The exterior patios have been updated with Trex and modern railings. Relax Rentals

Hi Jaki, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, the chemicals in the pool were off after the rain and storms and in order for the technician to rebalance instead of having the pool turn green it was requested to stay out of the water for only 2hours. We do our best to rectify issues as quickly as possible and did not intend for this to be an inconvenience. Thank you

Hi Rodney, thank you for the feedback. We certainly apologize you did not have a 5 Star experience at this home. Our goal is to always meet or exceed your expectations. We do charge a hot tub fee, which had not been added to your reservation. We were happy to have activated, you did decline. We offered to send a plumber out to take a look at the hot water, however you declined. We did drop off some ant traps to address the issue you mentioned. I am adding to our list to purchase new steak knives., this is an easy fix. Anytime there is an issue we do attempt to remedy as quickly as possible without disturbing our guests. If a guest declines we respect their request and wait until after departure. We did have the hot water heater looked at and there was no issues as of this time. We will continue to monitor if any other guests experiences the same.
