Tropical bungalow in the desert. Just minutes to Palm Springs and near Joshua Tree. Two-bedroom, Two-bathroom apartment with private backyard.
Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 5 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 6 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.
The space
Our apartment sits on a private cul-de-sac offering views of San Jacinto Mountains. The private back yard allows you to enjoy the clear skies and desert weather. Our place is well-appointed with amenities such as a Smart TV in living room, WIFI, and fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Two full bathrooms. Living room has a day bed with Twin size mattress. Central air/heating.
Plenty of street parking available along the curb.
Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep!

-A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with brand stainless-steel full-size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, spice rack, and coffee + tea.
-Bathroom includes hotel-quality towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap.
-Ironing board + Iron
-Hotel quality linens
--Pet Policy--
We allow up to 2 dogs per unit.
Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Vacuum is provided in unit.
Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure.
We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed.
Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.
Do not allow your dog to disrupt the peace and serenity of the community.
Dogs with any history of having bitten anyone or another animal are not allowed.

The unit is secured with Ring Home Security System. We only activate the alarm when the unit is vacant. You will see sensors on all windows and doors. We do have a Ring Doorbell camera and two security cameras outside in the front yard that are motion activated and only record if something triggers the motion sensor.
Street Parking Only. Please do not keep valuables in your car. Management is NOT responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or its contents.
Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.
Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders, but as it gets warmer, we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, especially in the warmer months.
