This bright, boutique-feel luxury cottage offers an eat-in kitchen, dining table, soaring ceilings, and an incredibly romantic + cozy fireplace. The oversized, bloom-filled courtyard has charming antique patio furniture, a private hot tub, BBQ, & garden including avocado and citrus trees. Enjoy champagne amongst the stars, or play-time with family in this comfortable getaway! 5-min drive to beaches, resorts, shopping.
Newly remodeled in Jan 2025! Updates include: remodeled main bedroom with a new King bed, added a second bedroom (queen), updated bathroom, all new windows, expanded driveway by 6 ft, addition of a queen sleeper sofa.
Echoing the elegance of the nearby San Ysidro Ranch, Loureyro Cottages is a thoughtfully curated property set in one of Montecito’s most sought-after neighborhoods, The Hedgerow. Overflowing with vintage charm, this coastal retreat consists of five stylish, light-filled spaces, each with a private entrance, secluded garden or patio, dedicated off-street parking, and private Hot Tub.
Located near exceptional beaches, renowned resorts like Rosewood Miramar, and Montecito’s upscale dining and shopping, our charming property offers the quintessential Montecito experience. With the sparkling Pacific Ocean just out front and the Santa Ynez Mountains rising behind, you’ll be surrounded by natural beauty. We are close to the highway and a main coastal road—making it easy to explore—though you may notice some street sounds, especially during peak hours.
The entire home, patio, garden, BBQ, and hot tub is private, and yours to enjoy! A unique code is created for you to access the home via a smartlock on the front door.

Bike shop up the road on Coast Village Road - Mad Dog Englishmen - can call to have them deliver.
Amtrak station is 4.4miles away. Once at the cottage everything is easily walking accessible.
Please note
- we offer one private parking spot per cottage (under 20 feet long)
- we allow one dog per cottage, please make sure to include the correct guest/pet count when booking
- we do not allow parties, or unregistered guests on property
- absolutely no smoking on property
- we do have a weekly gardneer come though the property as well as hot-tub maitnence
Smoking: absolutely no smoking in the cottages or on the property at all. We will levy a $1,000 fee for smoking inside a unit.
Undisclosed Guests: we do not allow unregistered guests or parties at the property. Violation will result in you and your guests being asked to leave the property immediately and reporting to ABB and potentially the authorities (for a party).
Parking: One reserved vehicle parking spot allowed per cottage. Vehicles can not be over 18’ in length.
Pets: we only allows dogs, no other pets, no exceptions. We have a one dog per cottage limit and there is a $250 fine for any undisclosed dogs.
For Service Dogs (not emotional support), we do not charge the added pet fee but we will need you to communicate the following in advance of your check-in:
1. Does your dog qualify as a service animal with the ADA?
2. Do you require the service animal because of a disability?
3. What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?
