Guest Access:

When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home - except for one maintenance closets!



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.! Just a short walk to Butterfly Beach as well as Coast Village Road shops and restaurants. One of the most beautiful places in all of Santa Barbara!



Other Things to Note:

- No parties. If a party is thrown, the police will be called and a fine will be assessed.



- Please drink responsibly. All drinking should occur inside the home in a safe manner.



- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm



-The maximum number of guests is 6.



- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.



- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.



- If there is something our Airbnb doesn't have that you think would be a great addition, don't hesitate to ask! We are always looking for ways to improve our 5-star stay!
