Welcome to Garden Cottage at Miramar Beach, a beautiful guest house in sunny Santa Barbara that has private walkway access to the beach shared with the property owners. This cozy cottage is ideal for a couple or small family that is looking to unwind and enjoy the convenience of being steps away from Miramar Beach.



This unit is thoughtfully tucked away in the back of the property for guest privacy. Follow the walkway to your separate entrance and be greeted by lounge chairs and an umbrella inviting you to kick your shoes off and relax. When you’re ready, a shared sidewalk leads to the beach itself. The property comes with the use of a gas BBQ, beach chairs, and lawn (beach) games for your pleasure. While the outside space is shared, the owners give complete privacy to guests. There is also dedicated outdoor parking.



Back inside, the cottage is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and nautical accents. The cozy living room offers a sleeper sofa and smart TV. Steps away, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to whip up a delicious meal or a quick beach snack from home. Extra appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster are available for your convenience. The kitchen area is complete with a round dining table that seats 4.



When it’s time to turn in for the evening, the primary bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen bed and crisp white linens. In the morning, open the curtains to the lovely French doors that illuminate the room with natural light. Wash off the saltwater from a day of fun in the bathroom configured with both a standing shower and a separate soaking tub.



The location of the property is ideal with direct access to Miramar Beach and a short drive from local points of interest. Popular destinations that can be reached within a 5 to 10-minute drive include; Butterfly Beach, Hammond’s Beach, Loon Point Beach, Santa Barbara Golf Club, Montecito Golf Club, Birnam Wood Golf Club, La Cumbre Plaza, and Stearns Wharf. Downtown Santa Barbara, an 11-minute drive, is lined with restaurants, shops, and activities for any season.



*Please note: This property, like many of the coastal homes in the area, is near Highway 101 and abuts the Pacific Surfliner and Union Pacific rail route. Passing passenger trains and the occasional freight train may be heard at intervals, as well as the muted sound of vehicles on the freeway.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
