That being said, we do apologize for the cleanliness issues during your stay with us. Please know that our housekeeping team attempted twice to re-clean but you are not at home and unable to get in at the property. Rest assured that we have spoken with our Housekeeping Team to address your cleanliness issues and prevent similar problems and we will be sure to get the home scheduled for a deep clean as well moving forward. Although it doesn’t change things, we appreciate you accepting the compensation we were able to offer.
