Mullet Over is very close to the elevator and has a small entry loveseat on the north side deck that offers views of the Pamlico Sound and National Park. The queen bedroom has beautiful wood laminate flooring, a TV and DVD player, and a semi-private full bath with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has tile flooring, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and ample countertops. The combination living area has resort furniture, tile flooring, an LCD TV and Blu-ray player, and deck access. A great furnished sundeck overlooks the island's best beach, pool, and hot tub. The family dog will love being taken for walks on the beach, just steps away!

At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.
