SeaGoal Surf Cottage is a beautiful ​vacation home located 325 feet from the ocean on a quiet dead-end road (no noisy traffic) that leads directly to the beach.

Offering 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open living space with cathedral ceilings and plenty of ocean views. The private, huge wrap around deck allows you to soak in both Ocean and Sound Views as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets! Hear the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves from the deck and bedrooms. See the unspoiled and breathtaking stars and planets from our comfortable deck chairs. Make a wish on the shooting stars.

For the chef, there is a fully equipped, kitchen stocked with everything need to make an amazing dinner including a microwave and dishwasher.

SEAGOAL brings the fun with cable TV, DVD player, charcoal grill, plenty of outdoor deck furniture, high speed wireless internet throughout, board games and beach toys for the kids to enjoy during their stay.

Extra amenities offered for your connivence during your stay include...fresh linens including beach towels, central A/C and Heating system, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fish cleaning table for your big Catch of the Day!

Ready to explore? The local area offers shopping, restaurants and some of the best fishing marinas in the U.S. Dont' forget to check out the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse only 7 miles south.

We take great pride in our vacation home. It is our goal to provide a perfect and safe vacation for our guest and this goes beyond the beach. We have a local caretaker that maintains our home, the landscaping and cleaning. We have the same cleaners cleaning our home every time. They know our home inside and out and take great pride and making sure it is clean and ready for our guest. We have hands free hand sanitizers mounted by the front door and the kitchen to make it easy for our guest to clean hands frequently. We use UV Lamps to kill germs between each visitor as an added step of cleaning.

Excellent property - exceptional hosts. The home was absolutely perfect for my beach get-away. The very short walk to the end of the street put us onto a magnificent beach, which was pretty quiet for most of our week. Dean was a very responsive host. He answered all our pre-trip questions with tons of helpful info. The home was in great condition and very comfortable.We did have one mishap and broke a couple bowls in the kitchen. We offered to replace them and Dean said "things happen" just go enjoy your vacation. I highly recommend this property and I hope I get a chance to return for a future vacation.

Family fun

A very bright, cheerful and well equipped home. I recommend you bring your baking needs if you choose to bake a cake or cupcakes. Otherwise everything else is provided. There is 2 full flights of steps to consider if anyone has mobility issues. We would definitely consider returning.

Great place

The property was wonderful and very clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the "beach access" that the house has is not family friendly. The soft sandy hill is too steep to get over with a cart and kids. So, if you have kids and alot of stuff for the beach I suggest the beach about a mile away. Other then that the place was great!

First time in Frisco

This was the first time my family has stayed in Frisco. Great area. The house was fantastic. I’ve never stayed in a property so clean. I didn’t have to worry about anything as the house had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable and my children loved the deck. Walk to the beach was quick and was quiet. Great place to come and relax.

Very nice beach vacay!

We had an excellent week in Frisco Beach! Check in was super easy as you are emailed a door code. House is very nice. It is actually out 2nd time staying at this location. The walk to the beach takes about 3 minutes. We love it here!

We had a wonderful time! So much fun! We jet skied, shopped, golf carted and laid on the beach. The location is just amazing. Frisco is our favorite part of the OBX, and this is our second time staying at this house. We love the location of the house and the living space is so comfortable. My siblings celebrated my brother's 60th! Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the balcony and walk to beach was a short walk. Pathway to beach is pretty steep so keep that in mind if you have elderly folks with you. Never been to Outer Banks area and loved it. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean, convenient and charming

My family and I rented this house so that we could show my new son-in-law what the OBX are like. This house was the perfect place to do that. The check in was very easy. The owner made sure to communicate with me and also offered helpful advise for the local attractions and shopping. The house was just a quick walk to the beach access and that section of the beach was not crowded at all! All in all we had a wonderful time and made wonderful memories that we will cherish forever!

Beautiful house few steps from the beach!

Amazing stay, Dean was a pleasure to discuss with :) we always got pretty quick answers and solutions when something was missing! Great location, great shared space upstairs! Would highly recommand! Few little constructive comments : The deck is very old and the kids gots many wood splinters in their feets No outside table to have supper on the deck, or a screen closed set to be able to spend more time outside No plastic dinnerware for kids The bedroom with 2 single beds…are not so comfortable :/ But overall, great Time in the outerbanks once again :)

Perfect Place

We have never rented a home nor visited OBX. Both were amazing and exactly what we wanted. The house was beyond what we hoped for. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, balancing gave the best view of the Milky Way and on top of that, Dean made the entire process easier and more enjoyable. He responded to every email and I sent a lot. He was pleasant and full of wonderful information. Between the warm and welcome of Dean, fantastic house, various beach spots, delicious food places and the best coffee at Alien Java, our vacation can be summed up with one word: perfect!

Dream Ocean-side House

We were so impressed with this house! It was meticulously cleaned and sooo cozy with ample seating inside and out. We watched shooting stars every night on the wrap around porch and spotted deer grazing on the lawn at sunset. This was a great place to bring our kids (they LOVED the bunk beds) and a great place to unwind and relax.

Five weeks of bliss

We enjoyed five weeks here as part of our sabbatical and were so so pleased. The quiet of the neighborhood and home-like feeling of the house fit us so well. You can bike to ice cream with an easy walk (or short bike) to the beach at the end of the road. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful. The deck was amazing with privacy all around. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We’ve been vacationing and surfing in Cape Hatteras since the 80s. The past 15 years we have found Frisco as our go to beach. We’ve been to beaches all over the world and have yet to find one as beautiful as Frisco Beach in North Carolina.

There are excellent waves, incredible fishing, and our beach is one of the most remote beaches in Hatteras. We are on a private road with only six houses. There is one road to the left and after that is is a buffer before you get to the Billy Mitchell 4x4 beach access. There’s a 15 minute drive to the Cape Hatteras lighthouse or head south 15 minutes to the Ocracoke ferry. You can stroll the starlet beaches at night explore the luminescence along the shore. Cape Hatteras is know for some of the best fishing, surfing, and beaches on the East Coast.
