Great location and very responsive host company. Close to beach and local amenities. Very nice pool Could use investment in furniture and kitchen amenities to make a better value for price. Overall great stay.

Great location..close to everything! Very nice home for multiple families... wish pool was more in sun but did not keep kids from swimming. Nice big kitchen, Weber grill...we had an amazing time!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

The property was "as advertised". It was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The fourth bedroom was tucked away behind the laundry room and made the perfect cave for me to be able to get work done in between Spring Training games and other relaxing activities. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back down for Phillies Spring Training again.

Bed sheets smelled like mens cologne and a bunch of Febreeze. Like they hadn’t been washed. All kinds of hair in the bathroom on the floor. Cup holders in the couch were filthy. The pool had two big patches of dirt. Really needed a deep cleaning.

Not a property for adult relaxing stay.

Problem that we could never disable alarms to go to patio pool area. No children in group. If wanted to have morning coffee by the pool, alarm wakes up the whole house when door opens. Property manager took several hours for response or no response on how to deal with issue.

We stayed for 7 nights. The WiFi was in and out the whole time. We had to put the WiFi and password into the tv every time it would go out. It was finally fixed the day before we left. If you are staying for more than two days, you will have to supply your own toilet paper and garbage bags. As well as any other items you will need. The garage in the picture is unavailable to use. Very nice house otherwise! Also, a great location. Check in and out were smooth.

Everything was great. The place is very large. One thing to note is that there are 2 kitchens and there is a bedroom in a different part of the house that does not have its own door. It is a large space in a quiet neighborhood and close to many things. We were happy and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The house was clean and had the amenities we needed. The bonus was how close to the beach we were (just over a mile). It made for a nice morning walk to the beach and back. The pool was clean as well. A little to cold out for me to use but if warmer definitely would have been used. Close to stores and restaurants.
