Property Improvements Underway: 6/29/26 – 8/30/26

Beginning June 29, 2026, construction will commence on a brand-new swimming pool at our rental property. While this exciting enhancement is underway, we are pleased to continue welcoming guests seeking a relaxing beach getaway. To accommodate the temporary construction activity, significantly reduced nightly rates are being offered during this time period. ☀️🏖️

Please review the following important information prior to booking:
- Construction work may take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No construction work will occur on weekends.
- Although construction is scheduled during the dates listed above, there may be days when no construction activity is taking place.
- For safety reasons, the entire backyard area will be strictly off-limits to all guests throughout their stay.
- A security camera will be installed facing the backyard construction area for the purpose of monitoring construction activity and ensuring guest safety.
- The back lanai will remain accessible for guest use; however, guests should expect the possibility of dirt, dust, or construction-related debris in the area.

**Guests are required to provide written acknowledgment at the time of booking confirming they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all House Rules, safety guidelines, and property restrictions related to the ongoing construction.

By booking and staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept that construction will be ongoing during their stay. Guests further acknowledge that the property owner shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, disturbances, inconveniences, or issues resulting from failure to follow the posted safety guidelines and restrictions.

Failure to comply with any House Rules, safety requirements, or restricted-area policies — including entering the backyard construction zone — may result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all rental payments without refund.

Want a relaxing beach getaway…? Come visit Tranquil Shores! This home is located 1 mile from Indian Rocks Beach / 3 min drive or 25 min walk. Nestled in a friendly and quiet neighborhood with accommodations up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends visiting Florida's world famous Gulf coast beaches.

Home has 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) a Florida room with two pull-out sofas: (full & queen) with 2 full bathrooms.

The space
The home boasts a split floor plan completely renovated and updated with new furniture throughout offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sunroom with 2 pullout sofas, screened in lanai and a fully fenced in yard.

A quick drive to the beach, local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, with 2 nature parks within the neighborhood and so much more!

As you come in you are welcomed to a calm coastal and inviting living room with a Vizio 65” Smart TV and seating for everyone to relax after a long day in the sun. Wi-Fi is included (1 Gig Internet) for the whole family to utilize. TV stand offers board games and cards. The living room and bedrooms all offer USB and plug option for charging of devices on the nightstands or end tables.

We have a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Cook as much (or as little!) as you’d like.

The master bedroom located in the back of the home has a king bed with a Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall, a dedicated workspace a 24" monitor with HDMI cable is available for use), full length mirror, blackout curtains and plenty of closet space. The master bath ensuite offers a shower and large vanity with counter and drawer space offering a hair dryer.

The second bedroom is located near the front of the home off the living room hallway and offers a king bed Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall with a dedicated workspace, blackout curtains and a large closet.

The third bedroom is across the hall from the second bedroom located in the back of the home and next to the 2nd bath. This bedroom offers a queen bed, a Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall, blackout curtains, and closet.

Second bath offers a tub/shower combo with plenty of drawer and counter space for your needs and a hair dryer.

The Florida room/sunroom is a small step outside of the dining room. It is an open area room where the kids can enjoy one of the many board games or a quiet place to read a book or relax. This area offers bar seating for three and two pullout sofas:
- Dark gray pullout sofa (full) is suitable for 1 adult or two smaller children.
- Light gray pullout (queen) is suitable for 2 adults or two children.
- We also have two twin size air mattresses (with built-in pumps).
**Please advise in your request if any of the pullout sofas or twin air mattresses are needed so we can set those up for you.

The back screened lanai offers a rearrangeable sectional to enjoy a drink after a long day or coffee before everyone awakes and seating for four table/chairs. It overlooks the fully fenced-in backyard and has plenty of room for play.

- Florida’s warm, humid climate can occasionally bring out pests like ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitos, and more. To help manage this, we perform professional pest control services quarterly. Your comfort is our priority!

- Beach chairs, blanket, umbrella & cart
- Cooler for your food/drink
- Boogie boards & noodles
- Sand toys (bucket & shovel)
- Beach towels provided

Additional Notes: The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise respectful at all times
- There are security cameras in the front (garage & front door) and north-side of the home offering security for our guests.
- All outside lighting in front of house will turn on automatically from dusk till dawn.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Maximum number of guests is 8.
- No Smoking allowed inside or on lanai, outside the home only. Please discard remnants in trash.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.

Guest access
The entire house and property will be available to you with the exception of the owner’s closet.

Other things to note
There are 2 nature parks within the neighborhood of the home:

George McGough Nature Park - Known as "Turtle Park"
It is a 26-acre park located along the Intracoastal Waterway that houses live animal exhibits, including 20 rescued, non-releasable birds (owls, hawks & an eagle).

John R Bonner Nature Park – Is a peaceful coastal preserve. Often called Largo’s best-kept secret, the park is a favorite for birdwatchers and nature lovers alike. Visitors can enjoy shaded trails, a playground, and picnic areas, all set against the backdrop of a scenic waterway.

Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is 1 mile away from the home. It is about 20-30 minute walk or a quick drive. There are some great restaurants, coffee shops and local establishments to visit.

Sand Key Park is north of (IRB) on Gulf Blvd. This park has ample parking and offers two distinct areas of beach and park located in Clearwater. Not crowded offering restrooms, changing stalls and showers. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas if you do not want to carry everything with you.

Famous Clearwater Beach is north of Sand Key Park over the causeway and offers some great soft sand and beautiful views of the pier with lots of restaurants and shops as well as way to go boating.

South on Gulf Blvd offers Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. So if you are looking to try different beaches or you want to walk around and shop, have some ice cream and relax - there are many options!

Many great ways to relax, enjoy the sun and sunset and eat and drink.
