In addition to a delightfully open floorplan and contemporary updates throughout, this retreat offers an elegant blend of modern accents and old Florida flair. You’ll also enjoy the added luxury of two suites with king beds and smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area.



Outfitted with a full suite of appliances, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare beach snacks and home-cooked meals.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach. Popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds, this area is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and has an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, this community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s also home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, as well as the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.



Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

The communication was outstanding, and the beach view of this apartment is gorgeous. Overall, it is a good property if you only need 2 bedrooms. Furniture are functionals but they need to be update.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the beach!! The only issue was I sent an email about seeing if we could get an early check-in due to our plane arriving at 11:00. I never even got a reply either way.

Great location and extremely comfortable condo. We spent a lot of time soaking in the view, sunshine and sea breeze from the balcony. Condo is spacious, well stocked and clean and bright. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was wonderful and the View is fantastic! Nice ocean views and breeze! The only reason for the four star I’m cleanliness was that the building itself is still under some Repair. The unit was immaculate. Will definitely be back.

Check in process was very easy. Building is showing its age but the unit itself was very nice/clean. A/c wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. They did bring portable A/c units rather quickly though, not one for the guest bedroom though. Fire alarm for the whole building went off 4 or 5 times, had to evacuate building at 2am and 11pm while sleeping. Other ones were during the day. The view was great.

Amazing location, condo was just as described and much needed. We watchee dolphins swim by from our balcony. So peaceful, just perfect except the sliding doors to the balcony wasn’t working & had to put a ticket in but would absolutely stay at the point again location location

The photos on VRBO do not show the true beauty of this condo. WOW. This tastefully decorated, immaculate condo was the perfect home base for our spring break. Comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out allowed us to enjoy the company of each other. And the balcony!!! This is where we spent most of our time -- lovely beach view from the study high back adirondack set. (If we'd only seen a dolphin.) A nearly perfect rental. The only thing that would make it a place I would rent for a month would be an in-unit washer and dryer. 3 a load for both the washer and dryer in the hallway was a bit of an inconvenience. That was the only downside.Working with Casago was a pleasure. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and were super helpful along the way. Oh, and the elevator does work.

Great Beachfront Location

My wife and I just spent 4 days at this beachfront condo. Everything was as described, and the condo was very clean. We loved the stretch of beach that we were on. Sunsets on the balcony were outstanding!

The condo and location was great. The front bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortably hard though.
